The people she works with from the inspectors to the title company are all top notch! I actually felt a bit sorry for the people who are selling us the house because their agent wasn't half as good as ours. We had a hard time with her responding to us. In all that time I never encountered another Realtor with better skills, attention to detail or tenacity. Clea knows her market and works it with expertise and, more importantly, joy. She is persistent, but never pushy. Clea always calls back when she says she will and gets answers to every question. She has the respect of other agents and works well with them to get the deal closed. Another plus in choosing Clea to represent you in a transaction is that you get her most capable assistant, Lori Houston, working for you, too. Together, Clea and Lori make an amazing team. She was able to negotiate with the bank to ensure our property was accepted into the lenders short sale program.
