Very detailed in the process. Acted as an advocate on our behalf. Made the home buying process very simple and easy for first time home-buyers. Clayton is not very quick to sell. He?s very quick to ask you what you like and don?t like and then provide feedback and we greatly appreciate that. Clayton handled all the paperwork, negotiation, and even made sure the items in the ATAC Were well taken care of.

Clayton has great local knowledge of the city, answered all our questions about the process and recommended a mortgage company. The mortgage company provided the best rate, great service and has an app that makes the buying process so easy. I randomly got selected Clayton as a realtor on Zillow and it was the best decision. He answered all million questions we had and in a very quickly manner. This guy was really ontop of things with getting us our first house. He even helped us find the best lender that beat bigger company rates. Clayton went above and beyond getting us this house and it only took about 3 to 4 weeks to do the whole process and get moved in. Highly recommend this guy! A+++
