Review Me and my wife were looking to buy our first home and neither of us knew anything at all about the process. Clayton was always available, even when out of town on vacation, responded to emails/text asap. He was extremely helpful. Knew about the local market, did research on neighborhoods, did checks on the homes we looked at. He even helped us to understand a lot of ins and outs about how buying a home works. Was actually more helpful than our lenders with explaining things. Was always available for showings. If we were interested in a home it was typically the next day that we were meeting with him to look at it. I have always been weary of realtors but he changed my entire perception on them. He will walk a home with you, but will also let you walk yourself without feeling like hes on your shoulder. Would give a 10 star review if it was possible!

Review I needed to sell a an unusual piece of real estate, A commercial building I had converted to a live/work space. He gave good counsel on things that should be done to appeal to buyers, did research to help me determine asking price, was available on a moment's notice if I had questions or problems. Although a beautiful custom home, it was in a remote area on acreage. To add to the complexity, we had multiple owners in and out of State and all with their own opinions. To top it off, the sale was due to a divorce. As everyone knows, this can be an unpleasant experience at best. Amidst all this, Clayton was up for the challenge. The house took over one year to sale, hence the circumstances mentioned above. Clayton stood by my side, played the role of mediator and guarded the trust of each, and every person involved. I have never met anyone as calm and controlled as Clayton. He stuck in there with us until the house was sold and stood by my side during the final signing. I personally cant begin to express my gratitude and thankfulness for all that he has done for me and for the unwavering strength he has shown. Thank you, Clayton, from the bottom of my heart!~ Kim ~

Review Clayton is definitely the guy to go to when trying to buy or sell a home. Working with Clayton was a breath of fresh air. He would take us out on a Saturday morning for 3-4 houses and then be ready for another 3-4 more in the evening. Communication was never an issue either, even late when we made up our mind to put in an offer he was ready for us!On top of all his help, he also is going an extra 10,000 miles by refering people to our old rental since broke our lease. This guy's amazing!

Review Our first experience working with Clayton was a very positive and enjoyable one. Clayton represented my in-laws in the sale of their home in Emmett. His service was thorough and brought immediate interest which resulted in their home being sold in less than one week. Clayton walked them through the entire process and made things easy for them to understand. We followed this process by having Clayton help us purchase another home for my parents.
