The home on Kazarian St. in Tulare was not an easy one to sell as the backyard had been torn up by teenagers converting it into a skateboard park!. Very early in the process of listing this home, Clay had his team leave fliers at the homes of people living in the neighborhood. While on the market more than a month, the home was shown on many weekends.I depended upon his advice along the way because it had been a while since I had bought a home. I asked many rather basic questions and was never led to feel as if I had asked a stupid question. I especially appreciated the time he was willing to stop by this home on a late Friday afternoon! The utility bill had arrived and it was obvious there was a water leak!
