Clay Smith

Clay Smith is a 4th generation Realtor. He received his real estate license in September 2006 at the age of 20 as a Sophomore in College. Clay graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2008 with a degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law. Clay currently holds his real estate license at Craig Smith and Associates, Inc in Tulare, CA where he is a trusted Real Estate professional and loves working for his clients. Clay currently belongs to the Tulare County Association of Realtors, Kings County Board of Realtors and Bakersfield Association of Realtors. Along with belonging to local boards, he is also a member of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Clay sits on the Realtor Action Fund committee and the Young Profession Network committee for CAR. In 2016 Clay received the prestigious award of Realtor of the Year for the Tulare County Association of Realtors. He currently sits as a Director and the chair of the MLS committee for TCAOR.
