ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about working with Clay and his team! From start to finish, they made the entire process of buying my first investment property smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. Clay was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always had my best interest in mind. I especially want to shout out Lisa, who was so helpful behind the scenes and kept everything on track ? she was truly amazing. Whether it was coordinating with the seller, answering my (many) questions, or helping me stay calm during stressful moments, this team went above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Clay was absolutely wonderful throughout the selling process. He was involved and available/accessible throughout the entire process and expediently and expertly navigated any challenges. He went above and beyond during the buyer?s inspection appointment- remaining the entire time, as the buyers agent never showed up. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Having a construction background, and, actually living in a home in the area, are additional ?plus?s?. I highly recommend Clay for any real estate needs. A pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Clay, Lisa, and the team at The Glover Real Estate Group were instrumental in us buying our lot to be able to build our dream home. They worked till late at night to get the offer in and luckily had a relationship with the selling realtor where he accepted Clays call after hours to give us details on how we should proceed with the offer. This was a difficult transaction as the seller had multiple owners on the property who lived out of state so trying to coordinate all of the paperwork was a challenge to say the least. Closing went off without a hitch and I firmly believe that without Clay & Lisa the deal would not have gone through. Thanks for everything and we will use Clay again if the need arises and we would highly recommend to all friends & family.

ZillowVERIFIED Clay Glover is one of the finest real estate professionals in the Tampa Bay Area. Trust me when I say you want him on your side negotiating contracts. His experience, intelligence and lack of ego makes him superb in pricing strategies, and negotiating on your behalf. His empathetic advice and recommendations for home sale preparation are efficiently spot on. I listed two properties with Clay, and each went for top dollar. I also bought two very sought after properties with Clay as my agent. His negotiating strategies allowed me to beat out other buyers. His analysis showed I bought at the correct time as they each quickly appreciated in value. Clay?s advice in all four transactions earned me a lot of money. In fact I have nicknamed him the Wizard, for magically increasing the selling price of my last home. Clay is friendly, personable and especially knowledgeable for waterfront, investment or income producing properties. His stellar team is a great asset. Lisa, his friendly assistant always seems available to answer questions or help transactions flow smoothly. Clay Glover is extremely knowledgeable and has my highest recommendation as your next real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Clay and his team to sell and also buy a home. Not only did he sell my house above market value, he also found my perfect new home! He really listened to what I wanted in a new home and made great suggestions in where I should look. Even slightly nudging me in a location I wasnt looking which ended up being the perfect location with all my top boxes checked (which wasnt easy)! It was a very stressful situation with both closings the same day and his team handheld all of the players to make sure everything ran smooth and on time. I highly recommend working with this team!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the 2nd time we have used Clay to purchase a home in St. Petersburg. We had very specific wants and Clay did a great job catering to our needs. He understood exactly what we were looking for and took the time and worked with us over several months to find us our dream home. If you are looking for a home in and around the area I would highly recommend Clay. Clay also sold the home we moved out of and did a great of marketing the home and finding the right buyer. We sold for an amount higher than we anticipated and a cash offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Without doubt or reservation, I write that Clay Glover must be the best real estate agent in the southeast. Because of my job, I move around the southeast and abroad quite a bit. Consequently I purchase and sell more houses than the norm. Needless to say, I have been acquainted with many real estate agents over my 26 year career. None compare to Clay and the quality of his work. Clearly the most honest and hardworking agent around, I interviewed no less than nine others when I moved here. I was so impressed with Clay that I have used him for eight transactions. If you go with anyone else, you are getting less than the best service.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Clay. We did a purchase and then sale of our condo. Clay helped us negotiate a lower price for our purchase that was less than what we would have offered and it was successful! On the sale side he worked closely with the buyer to be sure all parties were satisfied. Both transactions were completed within 3 months. He is always available and his experience in construction helped offer pointers on what could be done in our new place. He also has a list of approved contractors that proved most helpful. Overall a great experience. He reduced our stress level quite a bit. Thank you Clay.

We have total trust in him and recommend him to anyone who will appreciate him in the manner he deserves ??????

ZillowVERIFIED The house we were selling was trashed by the renters. We needed a realtor whod help us clean it, fix it, remodel and sell. It was a challenge! Clay worked with us through the whole process, organizing and supervising the repairs, finding the best professionals and prices. It was quite an experience, but Clay has never given up and the house was repaired and sold for the best price possible. Well recommend Clay to anyone buying or selling. ZillowVERIFIED Originally worked with Clay selling a house 2 years ago. He ended up selling it for about 10% more that I thought it should list for. Have just completed buying a house in last 2 weeks. Again, he helped in getting a price below what other homes in neighborhood are going for. When we had any issues in financing or insurance process, he was quick to jump in to assist. If you want to buy or sell, have as hassle free experience as possible and make/save more than expected, go with Clay.

ZillowVERIFIED Clay was simply amazing! He helped my sisters and I sell my mom's home when she passed a few years ago so when it was time to sell our house and buy another, the choice was easy. He made the whole process less stressful by being patient and accommodating. He's got a great positive attitude and easy going disposition that makes him a pleasure to work with. You never feel pressured with Clay... he listens and acts with your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy or sell in the area. He knows St. Pete better than anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED When we first moved into our house in Riveria Bay 4 years ago, we saw Clay's face on for sale signs all over the neighborhood. There was an open house across the street from our new house that Clay was selling. We met Clay at the open house and were instantly impressed with his profesionalism, knowledge of the local area, and real estate selling skills. We kept his magnetic card on our fridge for 4 years and kept him in mind when we sold our house. First impressions are everything! It was all worth the wait when we asked Clay to sell our home. I consistently felt that I was his only client by the way he fought for us, set up appointments, promptly responded to me and overcame barriers to sell our home. My wife and I became discouraged as our house didn't sell after a couple months, but Clay kept his "full steam ahead" attitude and got the house sold!I I learned so much about real estate from him as he explained the process to me and little "tricks of the trade". I can not recommend him enough; and my wife and I have plans for the future and have Clay in mind for our next real estate adventure. Thanks so much, Clay!

ZillowVERIFIED Clay Glover is an exceptional real estate professional. The conditions of the sale of my mother's home in Saint Petersburg were complex because I had to coordinate on her behalf from across the country. Clay understood the issues and dynamics of working with seniors and showed great patience and empathy during the process. He was always available and responsive by phone or text and maintained a positive outlook even when minor details arose which made my mother anxious. Nevertheless, she felt very comfortable working with Clay. His vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay market and outstanding negotiating skills helped us secure an offer for our asking price within two weeks of listing the property. I highly recommend Clay Glover. He is honest, customer focused and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Clay when he helped me find a condo in St. Pete to rent while I was transitioning to New York. He helped me find the perfect condo for a great price, in an ideal location to rent. I was so pleased with him, I asked him to help with the sale of my condo in Tampa. Clay worked hard to get me the best price, along with offering advice and guidance, as I was new to selling, and was doing so remotely. Clay was not only a pleasure to do business with, but also became a friend in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for waterfront property Clay is the realtor you want to use. Very knowledgable when it comes to the unique aspects of this type of property. We were on the buying side of the transaction and Clay helped us navigate a contingency offer that stretched over the period of several months. Likely only a handful of realtors that could have pulled this off, and Clay is one of them. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I have recently used Clay Glover?? to sell my town house and we had an offer in 2 weeks and closed for top dollar! He went out of his way to help with the closing process and was always there when I had questions. Also, my husband and I purchased our first home together in March of 2016 with Clay and he always showed us homes right away when asked.
