ZillowVERIFIEDClaudia helped me search and close on a great house very quickly. She has many years of experience in the Raleigh area and was very knowledgeable. Even with the pandemic we were able to tour many homes and get a good deal on the house and go through the process quickly.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have worked with Claudia in couple of transactions and both times we were glad she was our agent. She is very professional, Thoughtful and responsive. She was super patient and understanding. No matter how many times we wanted to see same house she didn t mind showing to us. When there were issues she would try and dig until she found some solution and always communicative. I would recommend her to my friends and work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDClaudia Stadtlander is an awesome realtor. She is positive, energetic, responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Due to her guidance and help with preparing the house for sale, and her marketing strategy, our house sold very quickly. We received several bids at or above asking price within a couple of days!
ZillowVERIFIEDClaudia has worked with us 3 times over the last 8 years. Two times helping us find our residence and once finding rental property. She is excellent at the research and staging of your home for resale. She is also excellent as helping you find the right home for you....she cares that you find the right match, even if you need to look at several homes or several times at the same home. We will use Claudia for all of our future real estate needs.
