For looking out for my best interest while I was in the process of purchasing my home. For helping with the sale of my house, the pictures her assistant took were just fantastic. My home sold in two days. I have dealt with a lot of agents over the years, but Claudia is simply phenomenal. In the back of your mind is the thought of the sales push for commission, or pressure to buy something you either cant really afford or are not quite ready to commit to. Regardless, our experience with Claudia made buying a home a great experience. We never felt pressured, coerced, uninformed, or ill advised. Claudia took us to see several homes, all within our price range, and often in a single day. Many of the homes were a disappointment, either over priced, or just not what we were looking for. Claudia, took note of our likes and dislikes, she seemed to understand were we were coming from, and never once made us feel guilty or were waiting her time. She always came across as though her clients needs were greater than her own. Claudia was the perfect fit for us, and when all was said and done, she got us the perfect home. I was everything we wanted and cost less than we expected to pay. For anyone looking for a great buying experience, I highly recommend giving Claudia Scanlon a try. You will not be disappointed. We sure werent.

She helped me find the perfect loft when I showed up alone as a nervous college student, and I promised her someday she would get the opportunity to sell me my first home. When I finished school and was ready several years later, I decided it was time. Claudia eased my fears, went to a million different homes with me, and helped me through the process of first time home buying like the dedicated and knowledgeable realtor she is. I truly dont think I could have done it without her. We went from virtually strangers, to friends after all was said and done. I didnt have to stick to that original promise I made as a young twenty-something, but I could tell from the second I met Claudia that she would be the best realtor for me. After offers being made, a bad inspection, and other bumps in the road, we finally found the house that was the one. It has been the most gratifying experience since. Claudias patience and help made all the difference. I am positive when I outgrow this first home, I wont call anyone but her to help me through my next big realty decision. She truly is the best.
