ZillowVERIFIED Claudia is a truly amazing realtor!! She is very attentive and answered all our questions. Any house we wanted to see, she was able to book a showing without a problem. Buying a house is difficult, especially during the Covid pandemic, but Claudia made our first home buying process simple and easy. Thank you sooo so much!! We greatly appreciate you as we write this review from our new home ?? Would definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very professional. She was extremely helpful in this process as we were out of state when selling this property. She recommended people for repairs and was always available via text or phone when we had questions. Claudia was prompt in getting back to us with any questions we may have had.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Ryan in the purchase of our new home. Her charisma, and her ability to understand what type of clients we were benefited us greatly. She allowed us time without interruption to get a feel for the space/ home that it was exactly what we needed. She was not selling at that point; more so allowing us to realize whether it was the right home for us. She was always there to talk to, extremely informative, knowledgeable, and spot-on. Any question we had, she was able to answer. I recommend her highly. From, Marcia Tyndale

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia made our dream come true! She was recommended to us through our friends who used her 5+ years ago and they raved about her. She was so responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. We also felt that she listened and captured all of our needs and was very transparent about the process. Finally, she also recommended a lender, lawyer, and home inspector, and they were all a dream to work with. If you work with her, go with her people, cant stress that enough, itll make all the difference.

ZillowVERIFIED Can't say enough about how great of a realtor Claudia is. From start to finish she worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home. She was always available to answer questions and guide us through the process. If you are in the market for a realtor, look no further! Claudia is simply the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia is an absolutely fantastic realtor. She always made time for us, even on short notice (like the day of). She gave us great tips for staging and prepping our condo unit and sold it in about a week for the full asking price. She let us be in control for the sale, but guided us along the entire way. Claudia also found a house for us to buy, after looking at about 40 houses over 2+ months and gave us great contacts for repair, inspection, mortgage, and legal needs. We honestly felt that she cared about our search and the outcome. She was honest with her commission as well, since our team accidentally overpaid her, she let us know and set the gears in motion to remedy the error. She stayed in contact all through and after the sales. We will refer her to anyone that is planning to move!

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia was an absolute pleasure to work with. She met with my husband and I at our convenience and offered excellent advice while listening to our goals. Claudia was kind enough to walk through our house and give us notes on how to stage it for photographs and showings. We followed her directions, and after seeing how beautiful the house looked, we knew we had made the right decision. Claudia hired a professional photographer to advertise the house- what a difference professional pictures make! She sent out a mailer to advertise the house in addition to listing it online. We couldn't believe how hard she worked to publicize our listing. After hosting one open house, we had multiple offers. We were under contract in under a week! Claudia kept us informed of the buyer's inspections and walk-through's and she was incredibly easy to reach. The whole process could not have been any quicker, easier, or professional. We would recommend Claudia to anyone ready to sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia was great. She was very thorough and explained the listing process and what I should expect when other realtors brought people to see the house. She was always there for me if and when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend her to my family and/or friends if they were looking to sell their home or to buy a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I began a while ago looking for a house to buy and after looking ourselves, had a rather eclectic set of houses picked out. We met Claudia, who immediately brought us to several properties while changing our thoughts on what we were looking for. For several weeks, we bounced around until coming back to our final house, all the while, Claudia was guiding us through the process, refining our eventual purchase location. Claudia worked around our schedules (I'm on all call consultant) and answered our emails and calls immediately. After picking and starting the purchasing process, Claudia was there to walk us through the steps. During the issues we ran into in the closing, Claudia stayed with us at the lawyers office all day assuring us it will all work out in the end. We dont plan on moving anytime soon but if we did, Claudia would be our first call.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I definitely was not knowledgeable about home buying. Claudia took the time to explain every step and really listened to what I wanted and did not give up. She responded to all my calls, texts and emails. She didn't even mind me bringing the children to view homes. She helped me find an awesome first home. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A+ work

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia and Christine were a great team to work with! I knew Claudia was going to be great from the moment she showed us the first house. She sent comparables to us the same night we looked at a few houses, and was honest in her opinion of value. She was involved in every step of the buying process, even at our 4 hour closing she remained by our side! You're definitely choosing a great team by choosing Claudia and Christine as your agents!

ZillowVERIFIED She is fantabulous. We got her numbers from Trulia, called her next morning and she was there the same day to show us houses. Even when we called her with just less than an hour notice, she reached her. She is amazing. Her knowledge of the area and houses is great. Not only that but she helped us in recommending some great people which helped us in buying the house. Overall we will always recommend her. Without her we could not have got the good house and the good deal. Very helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia Ryan was my real estate agent last year when we were trying buy a new house and sell our old town home. Both the transactions were handled extremely well. She is very resourceful and referred us to a good real estate attorney, handy man and always had a solution for any problem. She is very patient and works with your schedule, likes and dislikes. Though we only rented out our town home instead of selling it due to time constraints, the next time my house is on market I will work with Claudia and no body else!!. She goes above and beyond her responsibilities as an agent to ensure you have the best real estate experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Having been a real estate appraiser I have come into contact with a great many real estate sales people; some good, a great many not so good. When it came time to sell my house I sought out the best; Claudia Ryan with Long and Foster Real Estate. She is a full time professional unlike so many real estate agents that work part time. Her expertise in staging, marketing and skillfully showing our home resulted in our getting a contract within a few days of its listing. She also got us a back-up contract a week or so later on the off-chance that the first contract fell through. A wise business decision as the first purchasers wanted to make so many changes, to an already signed contract, that we opted to go with the back-up offer. Which by the way was more appealing. Claudia sold our home in 2009, during a period when the real estate market was declining and she did it in record time. I wont use anyone else and I recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home.Paul Saltin

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia helped me transition my 80 year old mother from her home of 40 years into a wonderful, adult community. By spending time with both of us and discovering what was most desirable and important in a new home, Claudia was able to find the perfect home for my mom. Claudia is warm and engaging and really gets to know her clients, and her professionalism and work ethic is second to none. I would wholeheartedly recommend Claudia Ryan to anyone needing an excellent realtor - whether buyer or seller.
