ZillowVERIFIEDFrom start to finish, Claudia and her team were the most professional, efficient, yet friendly and kind. She was highly recommended to us by our former agent who retired from the profession. Indeed, Claudia delivered on everything to us and more. She knows the market and the winning formula. With her strategy, our house was sold in record time too! We could not have been more pleased!

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia was recommended by a neighbor who had a great experience having her as a buyers agent. The recommendation proved to be spot on. She is a strong communicator returning our call, emails and texts promptly, answering our questions and giving us real time feedback from prospective buyers. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the pulse of the real estate market. Her team was professional and thorough in making sure all the listing details were complete and accurate. Moving can be very stressful and anxiety producing, but the process was well handled from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working w Claudia OHara and her team for over 10 years. Our family has bought and sold more homes during that time than I can count! We recently sold two homes for over asking price and purchased two homes. Purchasing was particularly difficult in this market. So many houses and offers, one after the other. We just kept moving forward! Claudias patience, persistence, local knowledge and network connections paid off. She never faltered even when we would feel hopeless, she would find a lead on something just coming on. My point being, Claudia never gave up, remaining professional and supportive, always in our corner. I cant say enough about how much help she has given us over the years in support, advice and understanding our various situations. Always accessible, making you feel like you are her only client. She wont hesitate to tell you when she doesn't think a property is not a wise purchase and the reason why. The OHara Group and staff are incredible ! I have the utmost respect and admiration for her as an ethical, hardworking, intelligent businesswoman and mother! She isnt just my agent, but I am proud to regard her as a good friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia and her team were a pleasure to work with, and helped to make the home search and buying process swift and painless. She's a wealth of local real estate knowledge, and having her professional and honest input at every step of the way was a blessing. When we expressed interested in a house that was previously on the market (but had subsequently been taken off), Claudia reached out to the owners and convinced them to consider selling aEUR" to which they agreed. We're now the new owners of that house. As much as we hope this will be our last move for a long time, if/when that day comes, we would 100% work with Claudia again.

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia and her team are professional, efficient and made our experience seamless. We really appreciated Claudias extensive network of prospects and contacts which allowed us to sell our house. In addition, Claudia and Caroline provided us with invaluable advice on contractors and vendors to assist us in getting the house through the inspection process and ready for the buyers. We would hands down recommend the OHara Group of Monument Sothebys Intl Realty for an excellent selling experience start to finish!

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia and her entire team were excellent. My wife and I always felt like we had someone guiding us and watching over us. Its hard to find a steward and advocate when buying or selling a home, but Claudia certainly is. She helped us buy our dream home and sell our previous home on the first day it was listed (only because we didnt want to accept one of the many premarket offers she brought us). I wouldnt use anyone else honestly. Her and her team also win best dressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia and her team at The OHara Group, including Caroline and the entire office at Sothebys, are exceptional. Professional and knowledgeable about the markets, Claudia was with us every step of the way. Her engagement and transaction coordinator team, Calvert and Brook Necker of SidekickTC, represent all that is good about buying and selling a home. Emails, texts, phone calls, last minute details, questions about whats next in the process- this collective team has it down to a science!! You will NOT BE disappointed at this hard working and dedicated team focused on you and your property!!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a year late writing this review because we have been so busy enjoying our new home I forgot to post this! When my family was looking to purchase a home in Baltimore City, Claudia O'Hara was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Claudia listened to my husband and I's list of "must haves", which were not always in sync - I wanted turn-key, he did not mind a renovation project. He wanted a historic home in the city, I was willing to expand our search to Baltimore County if it was the right house. The one thing he and I agreed on was that we wanted a house that would be a home where we could continue to entertain and host our large extended family as we have done for decades. Claudia found us the perfect house - a turn-key home in the historic neighborhood of Homeland in Baltimore City, with a rich history, and large enough to host our family gatherings. She was attentive, responsive, and resourceful throughout the process and we had a great time looking at homes together. We can't thank her enough!

Claudia helped me sell my existing home that was not on the market. And she found A home that had been removed from the multiple list that was suitable for my disabled wife.

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia knew what we were looking for, and found us our dream home before it was even publicly listed. She then helped us navigate a complex situation that included uncertain moving dates and rent back agreements, among other things. Throughout the process, Claudia was extremely accessible, responsive and helpful. Even after closing, she remained involved to make sure everything went smoothly for us. We truly had an excellent experience with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Claudia was extremely helpful in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. We did everything in a very tight time frame, and thanks to Claudia and her team, (who worked as tirelessly as we did) everything progressed very smoothly. Claudia and her team had an eye for making our house look exceptional, giving us advice on how to achieve that, and then taking and posting pictures that showed the house at its best. With Claudia and her team we toured many houses and condos, and Claudia skillfully helped us weed out the ones we did not want and focus on the ones that we did. Claudia was easy to communicate with, valuing our thoughts and opinions, while offering her advice if she disagreed with us. We sold a home that we had put our hearts into and raised our children in, which is never an easy thing to do, but Claudia helped us through it all. We purchased a new home that we are very satisfied with. I would recommend her and her team one hundred percent.

ZillowVERIFIED 5 Stars! Erika is a true professional, and we had an incredible experience working with her as both a buyer and seller! She and the O'Hara team did a fantastic job with the marketing, staging and photography of our home - it was under contract in 9 days! She is very knowledgeable, creative, extremely organized and she is a great listener! I'd like to also recognize Shannon, the administrator on the O'Hara team, who is very thorough in her checklists, timeline, etc... this is very important, and they did not leave out a single detail! We really enjoyed working with Erika, and we would strongly recommend her as both your buying and selling real estate agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Our move to Maryland from California was a huge new turn in our lives. When we reached out through Zillow for one property, we are forever glad that she was the one that contacted us. The process for us was fast (3 months total), unconventional (everything done remotely), but extremely easy. We didn't live in the area so were unable to go on regular viewings like one normally does. We relied on Claudia's familiarity with the region and a clear description of our needs, to try to find us the right place. Zillow helped with that as we were able to also point her in the direction of some homes we thought looked intriguing. In the end, Claudia's knowledge of the region, combined with our desire for rural living and a specific design style, landed us our dream home. With her expert eye and the willingness to help us to get to know the home before even seeing it (video walkthrough with Claudia, a friend viewing the home for us, and obtaining more pictures from the seller's agent) we were confident in the offer on our new home and moved forward without seeing the property in person. Once the escrow process started, Claudia and her team were able to arrange all inspections quickly (within a week of the offer) and all over two days when we would be in town. Even before we arrived at the property our breath was taken away by the surroundings. When we first saw the property with our own eyes we were pleased by the fact that there were no surprises. When we walked into the home, my husband and I looked at each other and said "this feels like home". Claudia worked tirelessly with the sellers agent, the seller's, the mortgage broker, the title company, and everything, and we mean everything, worked smoothly without a single hiccup or delay. In all our years of purchasing homes, working with Claudia and her team was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had in any sort of purchase. We are so happy that Zillow connected us to Claudia and would recommend her and her team very highly.

ZillowVERIFIED In looking to sell our house we interviewed two real estate professionals. From the start we new Claudia to be the person we should choose. She came across as a very knowledgeable person who knew the market and who would aggressively sell our home and we were not disappointed. As we live out of state in the winter, we chose to pocket list the house at first. Claudia took it upon herself while we were out of town to stage the house and have several realtor open houses through bad weather and all. As spring was approaching and wanting to beat the market, she advised that we multiple list. Good advice, the house was sold in a matter of weeks. On a scale of 1 to 5, she is a 10.
