She emptied U-hauls, wrangled kids, gave staging advice, and even showed up with snacks to keep us going. She really was there for us the entire process which we appreciated so much. Even without all the extra stuff Tanya did, she would still be my top choice. She is very knowledgeable about the market, has great negotiating skills, and is very committed. She made sure everything and everyone stayed on track to close on time even if she had to work late.
