I viewed an apartment with Claudette and decided to move forward by submitting an application. Unfortunately, after multiple follow-ups, I never received a response no confirmation that my application was received, no update on its status, nothing. Being left in the dark like that was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Communication is key in real estate, and this experience was disappointing.
