ZillowVERIFIED One of the BEST! I am so elated that I connected to Mrs. Claire Williams. I met her in September of 2021. I am veteran and I was seeking to capitalize on my option to utilize my VA Loan option. From the point of our first meeting, Claire explained the Comparative Market Analysis to down to what would be Home Depot repairs to what would be a red flag on properties. Claire literally mapped out the process and what to expect in a diagram. By the time I took the Home buyers class, I was able to whiz through some questions on the test because of the knowledge I already possessed from Claire. I was so impressed with our first encounter that I contacted my son and told him that I was going to give him her number and visa versa. My son contacted me in April 2022 and stated, Mom, Mrs. Claire is the best. We are closing next week. Soon after this discussion on May 16, I contacted Claire. I explained that I needed to be out of my rental by 07/15. I would like to think that I was special but Im sure that all her clients feel special because of the work she exhibits in finding the perfect property for her clients. Claire told me, we are going to find you house and you will be closing by June 20. To be honest, I doubted that she would be able to pull this off. To my surprise, Claire found my perfect home and I closed on June 24. Not only did she find a house for me, but she also found a house for my son. I highly recommend Claire! Her attributes consist of being consistent in her efforts, very thorough, personable, and she will work hard on your behalf. If you do your part, she will most definitely get you contracted and in a home. Her knowledge of property is amazing. Thanks Claire for all of your hard work!

I told her what we wanted and she did her best to send us houses we would like, some that we would have never considered but loved. She worked her magic and we closed one month after meeting and I absolutely love my new home! Claire is the best and I am so happy with your service. The combinations are endless and Claire was able to help us sort things out for our small family. Rooms to accommodate our household of 3, a good school district for our Child, a nice big back yard for our pug, and lastly I wanted a shed so I can do my side hobbies. Patience played a key role as we spent time looking for our perfect first home. Claire contacted us informing us she found the home were looking for. It has everything down to what we wanted (yes, even the shed) and we were ecstatic when we found it! Now it came to our offer, Claire helped us ensure our offer would stand out and it did! ZillowVERIFIED Claire is a very outgoing and friendly agent. She guided me and mostly taught me thru the whole process. She listed my house, telling me the state of the current market and explaining the suggested list price. She gave me many pointers on staging the home for sale. She had a buyer with a contract in less than a week! Buyer decided to attempt to lower the price after signing the contract. She stuck with me thru the negotiations and got me to the closing table without my having to give up anything on price. As she said, the home is worth the price, there is no reason to lower it.
