We were very happy and thankful we chose Claire to be our Realtor. As I understand, the requirements for receiving a VA loan can be challenging at times but Claire handled all of it and made the process very easy for us. Working with Claire has been by far the easiest process I have experienced in selling a home. From finding a buyer, to scheduling the inspection and repairs, to completely handling all paperwork, and then coordinating an earlier closing date than expected made the entire experience very easy and pleasant for us. On top of all that, Claire was able to find us a buyer with days of listing our home and then negotiated a price that we were more than happy with. We will most definitely be using Claire again for all our future real estate transactions.
