We had a phenomenal experience purchasing our first home with Lindsay as our realtor. We were connected with her through Zillow and felt a little uneasy about being paired with someone that we didnt know or select for ourselves. It was the best possible connection that could have happened for us! When we first connected, we were just casually looking and didnt know much about the process. We were worried that we would feel pressure in working with a realtor when we werent sure if we were even ready to buy yet. We felt instant relief when working with Lindsay. At no point did she pressure us to do or not do any particular thing. She was straightforward with us about properties even if It meant we would continue touring additional properties. We were initially worried about someone being more focused on a sale and then worried about wasting her time but she never made us feel like a burden or like she cared more about the business of a sale than us having the time to make the right choice for ourselves. She is incredibly knowledgable about the ins and outs of homebuying, the housing market, lending/financing, quality professional contacts to assist throughout the process etc. She provided us with so much expert advice and information that we didnt even know we needed at the time but did so in a way that wasnt overwhelming, self-serving or unwelcome. She saved us headaches and money with that information and advice! Lindsay has a very warm, honest and caring demeanor and you can really feel that she genuinely wants what is best for you and isnt out for her own gain. She was really patient with us as we toured several homes to get a sense of what we wanted and decide if It was the right time to buy. We found our dream home with her support and she continued to support us throughout the inspection, appraisal, repairs, negotiations, financing, move in and beyond. She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout every step of the process. Even after we moved in, she continued to support us in getting settled into the house and triaging some challenges that arose.
