From the beginning, Claire took the time to get to know us and our property. ZillowVERIFIED Honestly buying the home was an absolute nightmare. Claire?s recommended home inspector missed several basic and expensive issues with the home. We felt pressured by Claire to sign documents to move forward with the purchase before we got the mold report back even though we reminded her that the mold report was not back yet, instead of filing an extension. There was mold and it was very stressful negotiating the seller fix it. Claire did admit fault for not filing the extension verbally and had to go back and forth to get it fixed or pay for it herself. Since taking ownership of the house, we have discovered that the hot water didn?t work even though we had it as part of the purchase agreement, and were told it was fixed by Claire. After not having hot water upon taking ownership of the house we hired a plumber to inspect it and we were told that it would be almost $19,000 to replace. Overall the process was unnecessarily stressful and has not stopped being stressful due to the issues named.

She was incredibly informative and walked us through every step of the home buying process. She was familiar with the loan process and was able to recommend which loan officer would be best for us. She also gave us information we had not received from other agents during the home searching process, regarding what offer would be most likely accepted and what issues we could negotiate with sellers. ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start! Deciding to buy a house is such a big move and can be very stressful. I bought a house many years ago and I did not have a good experience. So I was nervous to start the process over again. The first house I looked at with Claire, which was the first time we met, I knew I was in good hands. It was a very causal and friendly meeting and we had a lot of laughs. The house was an absolute train wreck! So that kind of became my M.O. picking horrible houses out and she?d drive all over to meet me at these places. And never once was she rude, short, or anything other than supportive and helpful despite my horrible decision making. At least three of the houses just needed to be bulldozed, but she kept meeting me. I felt bad for all my horrible house choices, but it was never an issue and her as well as her assistant Drew, just wanted to help me find the right home. There was never an ounce of pressure to buy something. We probably looked at 25 homes. And when we finally found the right one, it all worked out. And they were there every step of the way to help me and answer all my questions. They truly made it a great experience for something that can be so stressful and daunting.
