ZillowVERIFIEDCarianne! Carianne! Carianne! If you dont remember anything about this comment, remember Carianne! I will try to keep this short. I am a first time home buyer and have met through friends and family several realtors. I know me and knew what I wanted and needed out of a realtor. I needed someone to be on top of me for things and very prompt. I was prepared to go through as many as I needed to find a good one. Carianne was this and more. She made me have an open mind and even look at homes I didnt want. Im glad she did! Not only did I not originally want the home I bought, (because it was 1 bedroom short), but it was advertised wrong. When we went to look at it, it actually had the bedroom I needed and a pool! But what mattered most, was the care she put into helping me find a home that was gonna be great for me and my family. She asked questions that I didnt even know to ask. Told me things I should look for. Even showed me areas good for the kids. I knew then, I didnt have just a realtor, but a friend. She was so genuine, kind, funny, professional, loves her job, great personality, and just an all around good human being. Carianne works with you and your schedule. For future buys, the Gogan team, and Carianne will always and forever have my business. I couldnt be more happier with Carianne!

ZillowVERIFIED Claire is excellence personified! She is a go getter! I would recommend her to sell my home or property to anyone. She sold 2 of my undeveloped properties in less than two months. I had a contract on the first property in 1 day of listing. She is a 5 Star Realtor in every respect. She communicated with me frequently and on a timely basis until both sales were completed.Jill Kovacs

ZillowVERIFIED Claire was extremely dedicated and knowledgeable about the entire process. As a first time home buyer I had little to no experience or understanding of what the process would be like. She was very patient with all my changes. I went under contract on one home and found one I liked better the very next day. Because of her dedication and fast acting I was able to put an offer on the second one and now I have an amazing first time home! I feel she went above and beyond my expectations and made what could of been a scary process, very simple and enjoyable.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very fortunate to have found Claire! Thinking back, I never felt overwhelmed, mostly because Claire broke the process into simplified steps. Once the sellers decided to accept our offer (much thanks to Claires professional skills), she sent me an email with a timeline (that I could use as a reference throughout the process); however, I didnt need it very often, because, Claire is a prepared professional. Her guidance throughout this process made me feel comfortable about signing documents because she had taken the time to explain what they were. She is organized, on-the-ball, and a trustworthy individual!

ZillowVERIFIED There arent enough words or time in the day to express what an amazing realtor Claire Gogan is. My husband and I worked with her recently to sell our first home and to purchase a new home. Our home was under contract within 48 hours of listing and for full asking price! Claire worked diligently and tirelessly to negotiate the many issues that came up in the purchase of our new home, and even made a simultaneous closing possible. Claire is a seasoned professional with a very professional and friendly demeanor. She was always available to answer our questions and helped ease any worries we had. It is obvious that helping make others real estate dreams come true is Claires passion, and she did exactly that for us! We couldnt be more grateful to have worked with such a wonderful realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Claire to sell my home in Naples, Fl (Golden Gate Estates) and she was Outstanding/Amazing. I am so thankful to have had her as a Real Estate agent. Before I chose a real estate agent I conducted a research to see who would be my best choice based on knowledge, time and effort into selling my property and how they would promote my listing. Claire and her Real Estate Team John R. Woods were on point. When I saw my listing I was blown away. She put so much effort into the pictures and listing of my home. I was able to spend some time with Claire and knew right away she was the one. She was totally experienced with the Estates area, familiar with the sales in the area and had all the right comps. I was impressed by her enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond. Claire was an absolute pleasure to work with always courteous, never pushy didnt impose on me about my price listed. She was in constant contact with me about showings and feedback.Claire was excellent and experienced and will be my agent of choice for my future Real Estate endeavor.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently hired Claire Gogan to help us find a home in SW Florida. She was as good as any agent I ve ever seen...and I am a former real estate agent myself. She took the time to understand our needs and was very flexible when we changed our minds a couple of times late in the process. When it came time to make an offer on a home, Claire exhibited outstanding negotiation skills and we benefited from an outstanding deal. When it came time to close on our home an unforseen issue arrived and Claire jumped all over it and took care of everything. Her service and attention to detail was amazing throughout our entire experience with her and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found her. I offer my highest possible recommendation for Claire Gogan. -Craig Shemon

ZillowVERIFIED We closed!!! What an exciting time for me and my family. Owning our first home. You hear a lot of stories about how stressful it can be and how long of a process it is. Not with Claire. Her knowledge of Real Estate and the area cannot be matched. She puts the buyers/sellers interests ahead of her own. She made the home buying experience one we will never forget.

We followed her direction and with her help our house sold in less two months AND within a small percentage of our asking price. Claire was always quick to answer our questions and guide us through the process. She is very knowledgeable of the area in which we sold and are now looking to buy. Her knowledge of the local area is outstanding and was very helpful in our search. She knows which roads will be widened and where schools and parks are building, etc. Her ethics are impeccable. Once we finally found a house that we felt great about, she negotiated a fantastic package to close the deal. ZillowVERIFIED Were so glad we found claire! Buying our first home was a complete disaster. As first time homeowners we had no idea what we were doing. We had a realtor that was not explaining anything to us. We looked at every home in our price range in the area we wanted to live. We put in multiple offers on several house in which all of them fell through. We were very discouraged at this point and honestly were about to just rent. We made one last call to claire. She dropped everything for us and met us the very next day. She explained how everything worked and made sure that we understood every step of the process. Within 30 days we were in a contract and on our way to owning our own home. Claire found us a perfect fit and we love our house. I know we can still contact Claire about any questions we have and she will be happy to answer them! I recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor because I know she wont let them down!

ZillowVERIFIED We are extremely pleased with Claire Grogan, she helped our family with 4 simultaneous real-estate transactions. In addition to finding a new home for our son, she was able to sell our 16 year old home and help my wife and I find a new home. Understanding that we were interested in additional acreage, Claire canvassed our surrounding new neighborhood for properties. I had my doubts as there were no relevant land only properties listed for sale in the area. Despite the lack of listings, Claire sent out mailings and setup meetings with surrounding property owners on our behalf and successfully acquired additional adjacent lots for us. We honestly don t believe another agent would have gone the extra mile for us nevertheless hold together all the transactional milestones and their timely dependencies. Even the builder of our new home was impressed and had remarked to us, Where did you find your agent? She s the most professional we ve ever work with .Thank you Claire!

Claire is very knowledgeable in many areas and was able to answer any questions that we had. She made the whole process a breeze! ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Claire and other agents to sell my mothers house in Golden Gate. Claires thoroughness and communication style matched mine.I live 3000 miles away so asked Claire to do some extras, which was very much appreciated. She took the time to answer questions about the local market, whether to invest in improving the property before listing, and the sales process. The sale was fast, easy, and we got a fair price for the house. Before listing we needed to remove personal items and do a little house cleaning. I was most impressed that Claire used this time to line up agents for viewing; over a dozen within the first few days. Because of her preparation we had offers on the first weekend.

ZillowVERIFIED Claire was by far the greatest agent we could have worked with when we started looking for home a couple of months ago. She is extremely professional, responsive, intelligent, and always willing to take care of her clients. As first time home buyers, my wife and I really didnt understand the home buying process. At first, we were a little timid to ask questions that we assumed were rudimentary. However, Claire was a constant well of knowledge, encouragement, and support. You may be thinking, How can she possibly be any better? Well, it doesnt stop there. Claire was exceptionally prompt in answering questions, tracking down information, and contacting the selling agent, inspector, title company, mortgage company, and others whenever we had the smallest question or concern. Due to her knowledge as an extremely competent agent, she was able to push along parts of the contracting and closing process that were actually scheduled to take longer. We honestly cant tell you how many times my wife or I remarked, Can you believe that we got a realtor like Claire? I dont think that having an agent is supposed to be this good.We would (and have) recommend Claire to anyone, absolutely any time. She is truly committed to ensuring that her clients get the best deal and get the best information possible when buying a home. It was a sincere pleasure to work with her and will definitely use her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Claire was fantastic through the entire process! We began our search looking for foreclosure properties and vacant lots. Mainly focusing on foreclosures. We had no experience in this area and she was incredibly knowledgeable with that process. We bid on several properties, but were not able to win any of them, no fault of Claires, we had a limited budget to work with. After much searching, she took us to a Lot that was for sale, slightly out of the area we desired, but we loved it instantly. The process was painless and we are so happy with our purchase and look forward to building soon! I would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking to purchase real estate in the Naples area.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a fantastic experience with Claire. I was looking for an investment property in Naples, something I might be able to live in as my primary residence in a few years. We were having a really hard time as properties were selling quickly. Claire went above and beyond and sent letters to all the residents in a community that I particularly liked. She then found a gorgeous unit that someone was getting ready to list. We were able to make a deal before it ever hit the market. I was thrilled! I would recommend Claire to anyone looking to buy or sell in Naples. She is professional and will work very hard to help her clients find the right property.
