She is a hard worker and doesnt shy away from doing the big and little things that a sale requires (with a remote seller and during a pandemic!) to get the job done. Based on my experience with her, I also think shed be a terrific buyers agent because she cares so much about helping the client get to the right place. She?s knowledgeable and patient. She was protective of us and genuinely wanted us to find our perfect house. I never once felt like she just wanted to find us any house just to get the transaction over with. She looked out for our interests and needs and was on top of things through the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED What can I say, we LOVE Claire and her team! She was with us when we became first time home buyers and when it came time for us to become first time home sellers we went right back to her. Anyone but Claire was out of the question. She came out to meet with us and was very generous with her time, giving us excellent detailed instructions about what we needed to do with our house to make it sell fast. She really knows what she?s talking about and has a honed ability to dial in on exactly what buyers in our area were looking for. One aspect that really impressed me was that she really wants to maximize your profit and minimize your expenses. She definitely helped me from spending money on updates that weren?t needed like updating our kitchen countertops and flooring. I was almost surprised when she said they looked great and we didn?t need to do anything to them, so I trust her judgment and kept that money in my pocket! And the repairs and updates that she did suggest ? re-painting the accent wall in our kitchen to a more neutral color, as well as refinishing the floors on our second floor were spot on and I know helped sell our house. I think Claire and her team have it all going for them. They truly do care about you, are reliable, friendly and very responsive. Claire listed our house on a Tuesday and by Thursday we were under contract with an ABOVE list price bid!! Claire was right there helping me decide which offer to go with. ZillowVERIFIED With having to sell the home from long distance and having to make several repairs, Claire was a tremendous resource for contractors and effectively coordinated the work that had to be done. She was aggressive in the sale of the home and was effective during the negotiations given the difficult buyers we had to deal with. Being across the country Claire kept us regularly informed, was very responsive, and is an excellent communicator. She helped clarify and explain things as needed and was on top of every step of getting the house up for sale through closing. Bottom line I dont think we could have sold the house as quickly or for the price without having Claire as our Realtor. I would highly recommended her.
