ZillowVERIFIED Sharing our Experience with CJ: Timeline: Pre-signing Beth & CJ Stein Team - Before meeting CJ, we interviewed a couple of realtors and went through a trial run of a property with them. - Most of our experience with other realtors, were pretty much the same mostly geared on our desires and wants for our first house. Nothing wrong in that, but as a person trying to invest significant portion of our asset, we wanted to know to what might be cons of the property if we buy it. - We never were able to pin point this particular aspect with other realtors And here comes CJ with his trial run, - Boom every little detail about the property right from the material used for kitchen and what might be a way to mitigate any wear and tear. - We still had another trial run with him later in order to make a decision, he was kind enough to give another shot although we had not given any commitment for signing up with him. Again, I think we liked him from the aspect not only he will tell you everything good about the property but also what might be the challenges with the property later if we did not take care of it. Timeline: Post Signing Beth & CJ Stein Team - In the market, we were trying to place an offer, it was very much competitive and every time we lost an offer he would be very optimistic that we will find it and tell us not to worry about it. - Every offer he would take care in asking us how much we are comfortable in giving up while offering for the property and that is really appreciated since we would not get pressured to make a decision - CJ is a person who would be upfront and honest about the property and also kept as the buyer in check so that we also do our due diligence before making an offer - We had a really challenging time in the start of 2023, CJ was really empathetic for our situation. Timeline: Offer Acceptance to Closing - This is where we meet CJ's team. Lisa (part of Beth & CJ team) was really helpful in finding all other subsidiary information to get our offer to closing. - We also got a really good lender recommendation which helped in closing our offer as expected without any hiccups. In summary, if we had to do the whole process again , we would still do it with CJ.

I cannot imagine anyone else being as attentive, knowledgeable, informed, professional, available, responsive, and amiable as Beth, CJ and Lisa. Their diverse backgrounds and separate areas of expertise together formed a team that was truly remarkable. CJ has extensive experience in home restoration and his fund of knowledge evaluating properties from a structural standpoint was invaluable. I would never consider buying a home, particularly an older home, without the input of someone who was truly able to accurately assess the property structurally, so we knew exactly what we were getting into with respect to the property's physical condition as well as the condition of the heating, Air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, well and septic. Beth was fantastic dealing with the financial process, knowing precisely the market values of the home being sold and the purchased home, and was instrumental in negotiating our sale and purchase. She was also phenomenal with her advice concerning getting our house ready for sale and setting it up in such a way as to maximize its value. Lisa was delightful to deal with handling all of the administrative issues and was always available for questions for which we like most people had on a daily basis. She is so pleasant and so easy to work with and we couldn't have navigated this very difficult process without her. The Stein team had it all covered and went above and beyond what I had expected making the process so much easier than I had feared not having moved in many years.
