Decided to replace them with CJ and on day 1 of doing so, CJ & his team took us to look at 2 houses and we put an offer on the one we truly loved. CJ was always patient, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He was always available for my questions and broke things down & made the process easy to understand. We always felt like a priority, there was never a time CJ told us he couldn?t do something or couldn?t make a showing, instead of saying ?I can?t do that time? he?d say something like ?I can do XYZ time instead?, just something small that shows he understands how to make his clients feel like they are top priority. CJ took the time to understand who we were as individuals & what we wanted in a family home to raise our new baby in. Because of that HE found us a home that checked every single box on our list, literally. We did not have to compromise anything & actually got more than we set out for & we owe that to CJ. Throughout the process I realized CJ GENUINELY cares about his clients & genuinely has your best interest at heart & will fight on your behalf if need be. We?re excited to be in our beautiful first home & couldn?t have done it without CJ. 100/10 recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldnt have given Carlton a harder task than having him find a home that not only impressed my nearly impossible to please wife but also only giving him 45 days to get us from searching to the closing table or we would have to rent and wait til next year. He not only got it done in 35 days, its with a home I never thought could be ours! Phenomenal and efficient are the only words that describes the entire buying experience with CJ in charge. Even in a sellers market, he made sure our purchase contract had us fully protected all while getting us the home we originally thought wasnt possible. He wouldnt less us settle for less in any area. ZillowVERIFIED CJ was an awesome realtor. Above and beyond expectations is an understatement when it came to how smoothly the whole process of buying my first home went with CJs guidance. He made the experience very personalized and often showed my boyfriend and I homes the day we asked to see them. In order to make this happen, we would have to meet after 9 pm due to my work schedule. CJ was also readily available via text or email and responded within minutes to any questions I may of had. He also made sure to check in with me to make sure everything was going okay with my lender and other processes that he was not directly involved with. I can not emphasize enough how happy I am with my experience and would recommend CJ to anyone looking for a home.
