Cindy is a helping hand every step of the way, a phenomenal negotiator, quick to respond to questions / concerns and knows an honest professional for every aspect of the home buying experience. From the mortgage lender with the fastest closing time and best possible interest rate, to the inspector, to contractors. All of the professionals that she was able to recommend were equally amazing and held her in high regards. Even after buying the house she is available. We are incredibly lucky to have Cindy.

Cindy provided a clear description of the best way to sell our home, and then adjusted to what we were and were not willing to do in preparing our house to sell. She worked around my family's less than convenient schedule to arrange for showings of our house we were selling, and she would make herself immediately available to get us into homes we were interested in buying, at times instantly after sending her an email of places we were interested in seeing. She was a tireless advocate for selling our home, and she understood our specific needs in terms of what we were looking to move into.

She is very positive, energetic, and has a passion for her career. I referred my parents because they wanted to sell their house and she responded with all the comps for the area the very next day!
