ZillowVERIFIED Cindy, worked with a friend of mine, three years ago and I was so impressed with her professionalism, excellence in communication and the team she has put together to facilitate selling homes. When it came time to sell my home, I pulled out her card that I had saved for years and made the call, she not only remembered me but had such knowledge of the area, even with a complicated sale, we were surprised at how fast she was able to make things happen. Cindy made all the connections to the various title, notary, and inspections. I would absolutely, recommend Cindy, she is amazing! Cindy"s superpower is that she keeps you in the loop at all times, explaining each step.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a savvy, experienced realtor then Cindy is your person ! We had her come in prior to listing to provide suggestions for updating and what we needed to complete to get the best price out of our home. When we were ready to list she had her team swoop in for staging & yardwork. Her skills in marketing and dealing with the people during the openhouses made for a quick and easy sale with multiple offers over asking price. Her attention to detail is second to none when it comes to the paperwork and keeping the escrow company as well as the buyer's realtor on task. She made everything seemless and easy for us. We highly recommend Cindy for any and every house sale or purchase you make.

ZillowVERIFIED Cindy helped us for 6 months as we were getting our family home ready for sale. She gave us a step by step "to-do" list and wonderful vendors to work with...a great handyman, a painter and gardener too! As a result we had several offers and our home sold for $100,000 OVER THE ASKING PRICE! She made the process smooth and stress free. If you want your home SOLD, definitely contact Cindy Sorey!

ZillowVERIFIED Cindy Sorey was great from start to finish! She did a thorough inspection of our property, gave us a list of potential improvements to maximize its selling price, listened to our direction on how much we wanted to invest then tailored the list to propose a game plan which we all agreed on. She used her various local vendors to, amazingly, make the improvements within the estimated time frame and budget. She then sold the house for significantly OVER the asking price! She also recommended how to handle the final negotiation points as we closed the deal, which ended up being favorable to us but fair to both parties. I would definitely recommend Cindy Sorey if you want to sell your house!

She presents a budget and keeps YOU and contractors on target. We planned for a 4 month go-to-market, but she cut this time in half including closing escrow. This is the VALUE she brings to the table.Would we use her again? Considering that we have a second property listed with her, YES!

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Cindy Sorey for going above and beyond once again! You helped us purchase this property eight years ago-a distressed property- and expertly negotiated a fabulous deal! Not only did you sell THIS SAME house for TOP DOLLAR, but you coordinated, negotiated and executed with perfection the various repairs that were needed on the home. You truly offer world-class service...everything, painting to calling estate people, and movers, etc. You have the best tradesmen in the business and they worked quickly and were fairly priced. On top of coordinating the repairs, you found us a cash buyer and we managed to close quickly. Most importantly, you are always available to take my calls and texts. I love your communication style! I would definitely recommend you to others that are thinking about selling, buying or investing in real estate. You are excellent with Seniors, have an excellent reputation with relocation clients and have a high level of expertise in distressed sales- short sales and foreclosures. Thank you for everything...you are truly the best in what you do! Edward Murphy
