Cindy acted as buying agent for my wife and myself recently as we were seeking our retirement home in the San Jose area. We mapped out our wants and needs, and zeroed in on The Villages retirement community as a possible choice. Then the property search within began, with Cindy's excellent and professional assistance. Cindy a great listener and quickly honed in on our key wants and needs and found properties worth the time to consider vs those to just bypass. She answered any questions we had, and if she did not immediately know an answer she quickly went to the right source and brought back accurate answers in a timely manner. We really felt like we had a true partner in the buying process, 100% there for us all the way. She helped us stay focused as we shopped, helping us avoid falling into the ditch of indecisiveness or second guessing and doubt. I appreciate that, particularly since my wife and I have very different shopping styles for real estate and move at very different paces. Cindy's efforts helped keep us in sync together. She also advised us and gave us ideas and insights as we looked at different properties. She has a very good eye for style and details which helps us while viewing properties. My wife in particular appreciated how well Cindy listened to her needs and concerns and adapted to them to help her get her particular wants and needs met in a home. That is actually not an easy thing to do with my wife on big purchases, so kudos to Cindy's skills in this regard. She was very patient with us, and that is much appreciated. Cindy worked smoothly with fellow realtors who were the selling agents to insure we had timely access to viewing, disclosures in depth to review before making a bid, fast relay of answers to questions or concerns, and most of all made the the process seamless and efficient for us as buyers. Cindy's skills, dedication, and assistance helped us evolve from.. "gee I wonder if The Villages is right for us in retirement" to "can we even find a home we like", to finding a home meeting our requirements for our retirement in just a matter of weeks! We went from "unsure" to a closing on our new home for retirement in 33 days and Cindy was a big part of our success here ... which is just amazing. Much credit to Cindy for helping us find our dream retirement home. Cindy is very action oriented for her clients.
