This was after we dropped our last realtor because we didn't even think we could find a home in our price range.Cindy changed that for us. She took us through the home buying process and every day found us better homes we didn't even think we would find on our own.Then she took a chance and shot us a home that was a little above our range.We pulled the trigger and not only did we get the home for a steal but working with our mortgage guy we just closed on a house originally 200k for 185. It was a diamond she found let me tell ya.When we had questions, she responded immediately, whether it was text, email or a phone call. If she showed us a house that wasn't worth our time, she let us know! We found the second house on a whim, so the clock was ticking immediately to get the first home on the market and sold. It was a great starter home, and having been a first-time homebuyer who was constantly in bidding wars with cash buyers, I KNEW I wanted to sell it with minimal drama. I was not interested in putting anybody else through what I had been through! Cindy understood that and priced the home competitively. She (and Bill Bachant Builders... and my awesome husband...) had us ready for an open house within a week. We got a full-price offer the first day on the market.
