ZillowVERIFIED Cindy is an outstanding realtor! She went above and beyond call of duty for our family. My mother passed away recently. So we had to sell her house in Alabama. I live in Southern California so this was difficult for me to do this from long distance. Cindy stepped up to the plate made the whole experience easy. She was attentive, understanding and really listened to my needs. Not only was she my eyes and ears in Alabama, but also my hands and feet. She found a real estate lawyer to expedite matters in my situation with my motheraEUR~s death. She also found reputable and reasonable contractors to take care of necessary repairs at the house. She also arranged appointments for contractors, utilities, inspectors etc. and went to every single appointment. She even went as far as cleaning out the house and taking things that were there to Goodwill etc. These are things that I could not do being in California. All this with an extremely cheerful attitude. She kept me up to date on every detail through the process. She gave me great advice in decisions I had to make. ZillowVERIFIED I'm so glad my husband and I came across Cindy to assist us in looking for homes/property to purchase as well as selling our home for us. She paid close attention to exactly what we stated we were looking for in buying and also what we wanted and didn't want while trying to sell. She had some really good suggestions for what we should do and her knowledge easily persuaded us to go in her direction in the long run. Although buying and selling is very stressful, she made the process much smoother. She is friendly, personable, and professional. She stayed on top of sending us listings that matched our wants and needs, responsive (we never had an issue getting in contact with her through calls or text and if she was busy she was quick to get back to us as soon as she was finished), she kept us updated as soon as she got any info, and she worked late nights a couple of times when we needed her to and made sure we were satisfied with her services. We honestly couldn't have found a better realtor if we tried!

She contacted us right away, taking the time to listen and ask the right questions about what our goals in the home buying process. As we live in another state from the home we purchased, we had to travel. Cindy kept in touch with us, asking if we needed any recommendations on where to stay, eat, etc. She also wished us a safe flight and kept in touch. Cindy efficiently setup our listing appointments and set a schedule for our day knowing we had limited time. She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Upon meeting Cindy, we knew that she would be more than a realtor to us, but a trusted friend. We had to go back and forth a couple of times on the home we wanted, but again, Cindy's patience was second to none. Throughout the escrow and inspection process, Cindy made valuable referrals to service professionals and handled everything for us. We were able to close on our dream house and Cindy made it happen. Again, most important, we gained a true friend for life in Cindy and her family. These days, that is not easy to do. We cannot recommend her enough. If moving to Alabama, you really need to contact Cindy - you will not go wrong!
