ZillowVERIFIEDCindy's Team was great from start to finish! As a first time home buyer, I didn't know up from down in the land of real estate. From the beginning, everyone on the team was helpful and understanding, guiding me through the whole process. Hanna helped get the ball rolling. Allison took over as the agent and negotiated better than I could have asked for. Dale and Tamara on the finance team made sure we had all our numbers right. And we did everything on a time crunch! Start to finish, closed in 30 days! 10/10 would recommend this team to anyone.

We are grateful to Cindy and her team for ensuring our experience in the real estate market is the very best.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold our home and purchased a new home in October, 2021. Thanks to Allison Taffer and Analeisa Latham, our process was seamless and enjoyable! Analeisa walked us step by step in selling our home, being readily available to us with any questions or issues we had. Allison researched and went to many showings with us on houses she found for us to ultimately finding our forever home.I cant say enough good things about this team and also the administrative team at Cindy Fox Miller & Associates! I would use them time and time again!

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing! Cindy brings southern charm, patience, and expertise to life's biggest purchases. Her team helped us buy and sell a home within a week and ensure we got the best deal on both sides. Dylan was great in showing us countless homes until we found the perfect fit for our growing family. We might have bought a house but really got great friends and community out of it all. When the time comes, there's no doubt who I'm calling to help in my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan Brewster was exceptional. We truly felt we had someone in our corner who we could trust with the complicated process of finding & buying a home. The purchase of the house we were wanting was anything but easy, but Jonathan made it seem like just another day. He always had the answers necessary and worked well with everyone involved. Oh yeah, and we sold our existing home at the same time! Jonathan was always responsive and the team at Cindy Fox Miller were always kind and welcoming. ZillowVERIFIED cant say enough about our CFM agent who facilitated our buy over 4 months ( including a rejected short sale and regrouping for our eventual purchase). This was so important as we were doing all this from PA and already had a buyer for our home. She also facilitated our move within our timeline by providing local (SC) information and contacts. CFM really goes the extra mile!

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Cindy Fox Miller because of her local experience and overall knowledge. We were not disappointed. She provided great council and helped us make the right decisions along the way. All of the other relators we interviewed did not believe we could sell the house for what we wanted and thought it might be the wrong time of the year to put it on the market. Cindy, on the other hand, agreed with the price we set for the house and said we could sell the house in 30 days. It took 31 days, at the price we wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED When I tell you these people make it happen....it is no joke. My advise to anyone hiring the CFM Team is that you better be packed and ready to move because your house is about to be sold. The attention to detail prior to photographing our home was just the first step of the marketing process....every person involved were true professionals with one thing on their mind and that was a trouble free sale of our property. Thanks CFM Team you guys are AWESOME!

ZillowVERIFIED I want to recommend Cindy Fox Miller, Jean Maher, and Nancy Voit as your GO TO realtors on Cindy's Team. I signed a contract on a house we wanted to buy, and it was contingent upon the sale of our home. I put my house on the market with Cindy on Wednesday, showed our home 10 times in 48 hours, and accepted an offer Friday night! There is no doubt in my mind, that this happened, because Cindy's name was on the for sale sign in my front lawn and her reputation is the best around, she helped me to price the house right, and her team pushed to get the house seen and seen quickly to sell. I recommend Cindy to anyone looking to sell their house, especially if you want to sell fast!

We don't ever expect to purchase another home, but if we do, Cindy will know it first! Go Tigers!

ZillowVERIFIED Cindy Fox Miller is an excellent agent to be associated with. From the beginning, we had a one on one meeting with Cindy and we were well informed on how she & her team would represent us. The pictures of our house & property were professionally done and the online presentation was perfect! She eased our mind and made us very comfortable with our decisions throughout the sale of our house and Cindy's expertise made us more confident that we had chosen the right agent. From beginning to end we had a great connection with Cindy & her team! Very highly recommended for a buyer or a seller!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience selling and buying with Cindy Fox Miller. I got immediate responses to my questions via text, email, and/or phone. Shirley gave me tips on staging my home so it would look its best to potential home buyers. A professional photographer was hired to take lots of pictures of the inside and outside of my home. It was raining that day and my home still looked amazing in the pictures. The great pictures brought in lots of potential buyers which helped my home sell in 30 days. I was extremely happy it sold so quickly.
