ZillowVERIFIED My family was new to the Roseburg area. I looked on Zillow reviews to find Cindy. I emailed her and gave her our information. She did call back. I explained to her I found her via Zillow reviews. I proceeded to explain what we were looking for in a house. She said she would like to take us out to look at houses so she could get a better feel for what our likes and dislikes were. I thought that was awesome and what a great way for her to get to know us and help us find a home. I explained to her, our house hadnt sold yet back home. So she said she had to check her schedule for the next week and shed get back to me. She never called back the next week, so towards the middle of the following week I called and left a message for her, she never returned my call. Then out of the blue a month later, one day the phone rang and she hesitantly said hello and tried to make small talk trying to figure out who I was. She accidently dialed me. Then once she figured it out she said she would get back to me and never called back. That was a few months ago. I was very kind and respectful to her, appreciated the possibility of her taking us on as new clients, excited to work with her and she dropped the ball for some reason. We never did meet her in person. Grant it, we hadnt sold our house at the time so it would have been buying with a contingency. But still I feel she owed us the respect we gave her to say she didnt want to work with us until our house was sold if thats what the problem was. I didnt think it was fair to drop the ball and give no explanation. I am sorry it didnt work out for us, but in the meantime our house has sold and we have found a wonderful realtor here locally that we feel appreciates the opportunity to work with us.

She gave us great advise that made the sale of our first home quick and smooth, we had accepted an offer 6 weeks after our home went on the market. At the time we were looking for our new home, there wasnt much on the market. Cindy took the time to understand the needs of our family and the styles of homes we were attracted to. She took us out several times and showed us many houses. She was patient with us in our search and wanted to make sure we found the home we would love, and we did. ZillowVERIFIED Cindy is a wonderful real estate agent, I am lucky to have found her. When she was showing me homes she not only pointed out the good points, but if something was wrong she pointed it out also. When I found the home for me she helped me get an inspection. There was things on the inspection report that needed repair and replaced. Cindy made a request to the seller for these things to be done, she wrote this in such a professional way they agreed to all of the request. She also ask the seller to pay for a one year home warranty, which they agreed to do.
