First showing, first offer, sale DONE. Cindy Lou is good! Friendly, not pushy, and has an opinion (if you're wise enough to ask for it). She is always available, and that alone makes her very valuable. I wouldn't even try another agent (can't risk being out of the loop). Her photographer is also very gifted and has a good eye. The gallery seemed more magazine quality than the typical real estate pics. Way to go, young ladies! You're smoking your competition!
