Where we lacked understanding (believe me there were many times) she took the time to explain things over if necessary without losing patience. She was our mentor. ZillowVERIFIED I am a USMC Veteran and got the VA Loan. They (United Veterans Loans) put me in contact with Cindy as a broker. Honestly, at first I was uncertain about Cindy. She only brokered two VA Loans, and I wasn't sure about her overall competency. I was wrong, she turned out to be terrific, and not just in her job performance, because I came to truly believe that she cares about helping, and doing the right thing for the buyer. As a new buyer, I did my homework, but I also pressed her hard at times with my questions, and needs. She came through like a trooper.
