ZillowVERIFIEDAt the end of the year last year, I found a home I was interested in looking at - with how quickly the market was changing, Cindy helped me get pre approved and set up a walk through of the home, all within less than 2 days. When the house wasnt quite what I was interested in, she sat down with me listing what I wanted and which areas I was interested in. We walked through multiple homes, and she helped identify pros and cons of each property that I may not have thought of. We both knew immediately when we walked into aEURoethe oneaEUR?. We immediately submitted a bid on the home, and she negotiated for me to get it under list price, with multiple competitive offers, with almost all of my closing costs covered. Even after that, she negotiated with the listing agent/previous homeowner multiple things that needed to be covered and always made sure my best interests were addressed. She also made sure that being a first time home buyer, my lack of knowledge in the area was not taken advantage of. She answered any questions I had and helped me understand the process more thoroughly. She even came back after I had moved in and brought home house warming gifts that I use every single day!! She is the absolute best and I would 11/10 recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was absolutely amazing. I didnt live in the state and met her once when seeing a house in the area. She was active in sending me links after I left. Going to see house for me. Was accommodating and let my brother go with her to see the house we ended up selecting. Once after an extremely long day I texted her not realizing the time, and she answered me just as cheerfully as she usually did. We did not see the house we brought before buying it but we had faith and trust in Brooke. She did not disappoint. We are in love with our first home.

Her skills and passion for her work really shows and allowed us to get our house sold fast during a pandemic. She was always available over text message in mins with a responds to all my question and concerns. Did I mention she did all of this with being 2000 miles away. Cindy is a great problem solver and know how to put your situation at ease with out even beening in the same room.
