Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

In today's competitive market, I would advise my clients to put their best foot forward and write a clean, strong offer. There are some other ways that I can make our offer stand out as well; I offer this along my knowledge and expertise of over 17 years as a Full Time Professional Realtor to my clients.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Price competitively and realistically. Make sure to see the competition homes. Make sure the curb appeal is one that is clean, neat and inviting. Always remember "less is more" and put things away (declutter) and have your home professionally cleaned, including windows and consider having your home staged.

Our Brave First Responders, Professional Athletes, Entertainment Industry, Fortune 500 companies, Attorney's, first time home buyers, Investors and so much more. I love people helping people.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I had a client that lived in Texas and could not make it to California for showings so I found other creative ways to show homes. They ended up buying from these creative ways and fell in love with the home when they saw it, at closing!

My mom was a well recognized and accomplished Realtor. I started as a Title Insurance messenger and then a Representative with my own territory and then worked for a Mortgage Broker handling business development, marketing and PR then started to work with my mom. I

I carry a degree in business and marketing. I have designations as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified Short Sale Specialist and I continue to educate myself by taking various Real Estate courses, Reading and Networking with other "vendors" in the Real Estate field. These vendors include lenders, title insurance companies, escrow companies, contractors, builders and more.

Cindy is nothing short of amazing. Her negotiation skills are by far the best I've ever seen in real estate. She got the buyer to accept a healthy 6 figure reduction. I'm not sure how she did it, but quite frankly I don't care. I think I'll go shopping for a Bentley. :D

Are Open Houses a waste of time ?

I have had Buyers from open houses, on a more rare occasion, butI have had new listings due to the work I do on my listings as Sellers are watching and they do come to my opens.

What to do about a sick real estate agent?

We are human and do get sick from time to time; compassion is always nice. Perhaps your agent has an associate that can show your home? They can also work from home, marketing, which is also key, and planning but I would think an associate would be able to help during this time.

Should I walk around with the appraiser?

As a Seller, no that is not your role but I do feel that your agent should be present, supply comps and show why your home should be valued at the sales price or above. This is a time your agent should "sell" your home again.
