ZillowVERIFIED I had a particularly difficult piece of property to sell because I had put much more money into the house than the neighborhood could support. Cindy walked me through the process of readying the house, negotiating through difficult circumstances (letting go of brand new, high end, stainless steel appliances), and worked with unexpected circumstances. She knew better than to pay an expensive job that one person said I needed, and she patiently kept everyone calm when a branch of a tree (as large around as many trees) fell on the front yard in the middle of the sale. She even deposited the check so that I didn't have to drive over three hours to closing.
