ZillowVERIFIEDI can't say enough about my double agent team, Michelle and Cindy. They met with me to strategize back in the summer of 2025 and loosely planned to launch by November due to factors on my end. Ultimately, we went on the market mid- Jan, 2026. Their guidance was completely accurate. We had an open house once in January, then again in February, and went into escrow a few days later. I expected a four-month market ride before escrow would even open, let alone close by April 9th and at full price! What's even better is that my secret wish was to sell it with the furniture and all, but had no expectations, then the buyers who are lovely people, wanted the furniture too! More than that, the buyers truly love my dad's sweet little farm home and I know they will take good care of it. They asked if there were any traditions my dad would have wanted to continue, so I shared some of his favorite past times on his land with them and they're happy to continue. What a blessing. This was the easiest home sale I've ever been through... absolutely seamless. Michelle and Cindy are personable, knowledgeable, and very communicative. Follow through and prompt response goes a long way with me, Michelle and Cindy delivered in every way. I highly recommend them.

She answered any questions that I had and how the process worked. No matter what time it was she got back to me. I love my new house. So does my kids. Also my dog as well. I appreciate everything she has done to get me in my house. And great full too. Such a awesome person. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Shannan is incredible! I did not live local, I was looking for a new home to relocate to Paradise. She set everything up ahead of time to accommodate my schedule and helped me find the perfect home for us. She explained every step of the process to me and made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed anything. I felt very safe and protected throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Shannan Turner to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to support them. Even after closing Shannan helped me find a local tree service and even met him at my house for me when I couldn't be there, she also filed a claim for me with my home warranty company when I had trouble with my oven. She's Amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Shannan was so fun and easy to work with! She is very knowledgeable at her job and everything that goes with buying a house, even stuff that isnt her responsibility (making sure I had all the phone numbers for all the utility companies!), which showed me how much she cares for her clients! She never made me feel like I was bothering her, even when I would call her numerous times a day! Her enthusiasm and excitement in the whole process made it fun, even when we had a few hiccups, she sailed smoothly through them and made them as painless as possible! She went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted! I will never have another real estate agent help me with my home purchases, and neither should anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Evie is the best realtor that my wife and I have ever worked with. She researched the comps, gave us sound advice on pricing and in showing our home. Because of COVID-19, Evie arranged for a videographer to make a virtual tour of our home, for the safety of potential buyers. She kept us informed on a regular basis, of the status of showings, arranged for landscape maintenance, trash pickup, checked our mail, prompting the Escrow company to stay on schedule, and guided us in filling out/signing all of the forms. All of this was a great help, given that we had moved out of state before selling our house. Whenever we needed to talk to Evie, she always got back to us quickly. She was a great help in getting our home sold!!!We highly recommend, to anyone that plans to buy, or sell a home / land that Evie be your realtor.

Luci was on top of it, she was sent us new listing on a regular basis, as well as DIY tips to home buying stratagies. Luci was very responsive in answering questions an always able to a house even when she was 40 minutes from us. She worked well with getting us a fare price. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Cindy and Michelle was a great one they helped me to find a new home for myself and family after the camp fire I had no clue how to go about this house buying and they both were a great help and offered me great advise .I was not sure how this all worked and they went out of their way to make it a great experience.I really liked how they were so out going and willing to work with me at a time that was difficult and hard time that after they helped me to find a great home I went back to them and asked for their help in selling my property that I had left after the fire. Ounce again Cindy and Michelle were great they put it on the market for me and with in an hour of doing so they found a buyer for me but due the buyer having to change his mind before the closing date they had to place it back on the market they told me not to give up that they would help me to find the right buyer and in only a few short days we got a buyer and Cindy and Michelle walked me through the sale.I can not thank Cindy and Michelle enough for all their help to get through two of the most difficult times in my life. So yes I have told people that might be looking to buy or sell their property that they really should go talk to Cindy and her team .

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Allan on 3 occasions. He was very patient with making sure my family was heard of what we were looking for in a new home. He helped us purchase our first home in 2017 and the our 2nd home after the camp fire and then helped me sell my property. He was very responsive to my questions, he duded me through all the paperwork. ALlan made sure we were getting the best for our money. He was professional and relaxed enough to meet my personality needs. I enjoyed working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Evie took care of us start to finish, despite all the other craziness going on at the same time. My wife and I bought our first house with her guidance, and she explained the process very well. She also added personal touches to the experience that made our closing day as wonderful as it could be. She also did a good job of helping us choose a house, and helped us determine how each house felt as we went through, without being too intrusive with advice. Blue Team's moving van was a big help as well!

ZillowVERIFIED Cindy has helped me both buy and sell properties. She is ethical and knows her business well. She is a long-term resident of the area and understands the local market. Cindy knew which improvements on my house would help it sell faster and which were unnecessary. She facilitated transactions when I was out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Luci Hawes as she was the listing agent for a house we liked. We had to move from a rental ASAP and didn't have a real estate agent.I called Luci and left a message which she returned in under 5 minutes. I was very stressed as I didn't know if we would be able to buy a house in the short time we had. The idea of renting again and uprooting my very sensitive children had me feeling on the edge of a breakdown. We made an appointment to see the house the next day.Luci was able to represent both my family and the sellers. I always felt that she had my best interest in mind. She was always transparent and totally available. This was our first house so I had a ton of questions and Luci had answers. The whole transaction went down exactly as she told me it would. She has such a positive, honest, hard-working spirit that had I not been such a worry wart, I might have enjoyed the process. Luci was like a little Angel sent from heaven with the keys of our dream in her hands, which she was able to deliver in 34 days.I cannot imagine another agent being half as good. She was a joy to work with and I feel lucky to have found her.I 100% whole-heartedly recommend Luci Hawes.

ZillowVERIFIED Cindy Haskett originally sold us our home in Paradise approximately 12 years ago, and now that we were selling that same home we wanted to use her professional expertise again! She helped us to get the best price possible with her expert marketing, open house and not suggesting we take the first offer we received! Also my husband was thrilled that she offered the veterans advantage allowing us a $1700.00 reimbursement on our fees! I would highly refer and suggest Cindy to anyone who is considering selling their home!
