We traveled from California with only two days to locate our retirement home in the Johnson City area. We provided Cindy with our budget limitations, wishlist and non-negotiables. She was able to provide us with a variety of homes to tour and was able to research the questions that we had in regards to each one. She never pushed or over promoted any of the sites. Once we made our pick, she worked tirelessly to make the online paperwork and connections manageable. If their were hiccups in the process, she helped us get back on track. She also provided us with contacts for managing our property. We had renters one month after making our purchase. Buying a home in another state while working full time during the pandemic, was a process I did not want to engage in at all. Cindy made it doable.
