Having to sell our parents' home, due to their passing, was one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with. But Cindy was so gracious and supportive throughout the entire process. Review I could not have chosen a more well equipped, knowledgeable, accessible and personable realtor than Cindy Garrett. I am so grateful we had her to walk us through purchasing our first home. She was SO PATIENT and helped us navigate the house hunting and home buying process in a very hot sellers market. She offered advice when we needed it and guidance in putting in an offer when we finally found the house of our dreams. I never felt like we were a bother when I would text her at all hours requesting to see a home that I was CERTAIN was the one. She was always ready to jump in and go look. Review I would absolutely recommend Cindy Garrett as your realtor. She went above and beyond to find us our dream home. My wifes schedule was pretty hectic so we couldnt go shopping for homes together during the week at the same time. So, I went to view homes in the morning and when my wife got off work Cindy took my wife out AGAIN to look at the homes from earlier that day. This went on for about 4-5 days and we viewed probably 20 houses or so. Cindy had all the paperwork and information about the properties, she was neat and organized she knew EVERYTHING there was to know about the properties. Cindy did a great job helping us find our home! Everything at the closing table went super smooth. Everything was prepared and all parties involved were on the same page. I would HIGHLY recommend consulting with Cindy Garrett if you are looking to purchase a home!
