ZillowVERIFIED Cindy helped us find our first home, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to negotiate 7 out of 8 of the repairs that needed to be done before we got the keys. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable during this overwhelming process. We definitely will be going back to her when it's time to purchase or sell in the future. We recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home. UPDATE: the inspector we had Hal, from the General inspections was No good. Please contact your own inspector. Maybe consider finding someone from out of town who will more definitely be working for your best interest. Less than a week into moving in, the water heater needed to be replaced, and we had to hire a plumber to fix a leak behind the wall under the bathroom sink, which had been leaking for a while. So much for trusting that inspector. Please do your research, and hire your own inspector.

ZillowVERIFIED After months of going in circles with a realtor and getting no where a friend suggested Cindy. We gave her a call and by the weekend we were looking at homes. Within a few weeks we were putting an offer on our home. Cindy was there every step of the way at all times of the day. Any question we had she was there to answer it. Even on vacation she was calling us and writing the house offer for out home. She was a great realtor, I would recommend her time and time again. I'll be calling her for my next home. Give her a call, you will not be dissapointed.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time Cindy has been my real estate agent and I am very happy with myself for making that decision...lol. The first time was to buy a home and the second was to sell a home. I was really impressed by her professionalism, her attitude, her knowledge of the market and her real estate network blew me away. My home sold faster than I had ever expected. Cindy, would frequently call me to give me updates and I never once felt out of the loop with the sale of my home. Cindy has become my go to for real estate, I am very happy with the service Cindy provided me and grateful for her hard work. I will definitely work with Cindy in the future. Thank you Cindy!!

ZillowVERIFIED Cindy Fernandez is so well informed and connected within the real estate arena that she sold my house in Porterville, CA without us ever meeting in person! Cindy demonstrated deep domain expertise in the real estate market and real estate laws. She personally coordinated and confirmed every step in the sales process with me. Cindy engaged and managed all resources ( maintenance, gardeners, inspectors, agents, etc) required to prepare the house for the market and sell it. Once on the market, Cindy brought me an offer ( asking price) in less than 1 week! She went above and beyond to negotiate with buyers and pushed for a timely close date. I would definitely recommend her, she will deliver for you!
