Our partnership with the Dunnican Team was a top-notch experience. We have lived in Rowlett since 1992 and have never sold a home. It was important that the realtor we selected was experienced, personable, focused, and creative. Cindy excelled! We rebuilt after the 2015 tornado on our existing lot as our forever home but decided to sell to be near our kids and grandsons who had moved South. A main concern of ours was if we could get maximum value in an aging neighborhood. Cindy did a great job by creating and promoting a portfolio consisting of quality photos, similar comparisons, upgrades, and attention to details. We all have people we cross paths with in life that enable us to count our blessings. My wife Sandy and I were truly blessed when we met Cindy Dunnican who helped us to sell our home in Rowlett.
