Working with Cindy on our first investment property was truly a pleasure. She brought so much knowledge and expertise to the table, and her guidance made the entire process feel simple and manageable. She was always available to answer questions, explain next steps, and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. Her professionalism and supportive approach took all the stress out of buying our first rental property. Were grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful real estate professional.

Cindy did an outstanding job as our realtor! We had a flexible timeline buying our first home, but she was able to make it happen fast. As first time homebuyers, in a discouraging market, Cindy directed us to buy a reliable home to fit our needs. We never felt led astray and we were able to ask every question under the sun. Cindy is a fantastic balance of professional, personable, thoughtful, kind, and responsive. Any need we had, she covered. We felt very well cared for and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We couldnt do it without you, Cindy!

Cindy helped us while we were both selling a home and buying a new one simultaneously. It was not an easy process, but she was available when we had questions, and she was able to provide many ways in which we could increase the value of our home in order to make the most profit. She walked us through several headaches and helped us find a nice home, even in a tough market and time crunch. We appreciate everything that she did for us!

I highly recommend Cindy. She helped me to simultaneously buy and sell a house, which is a lot of work and requires someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and a clear communicator. Cindy is all of those things and more. Because of Cindy's expertise, the experience was quick and relatively painless. I can tell Cindy is a tireless advocate for her clients. She helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond for me when it came time for negotiations. She is professional and personable and at times it felt like she was not just my real estate agent, but my therapist and friend. You cannot find a better agent than Cindy Collins.

Cindy was patient in helping us find a home that met our needs in a difficult market. Her ability to write a good offer to the seller based on what we bid was key in getting us into contract. We appreciated her knowledge of the buying process.

Cindy partnered with us for over two years as we decided what our next real estate adventure would be. She was patient, energetic and knew her book of business and the market areas well. She made sure the whole family was included in the process including our kiddos. She was not overbearing which we appreciated. She is wonderful to work with!

Cindy Collins and Jake Shamblin were exceptional to work with when selling my home this last month. From day one, Cindy was available, knowledgeable, proactive and professional. At no time did I feel in the dark and she made the whole process stress-free. I will continue to recommend Cindy to family and friends, as I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you, Cindy and Jake!

Cindy is hands down the best! We just purchased our first home with her and it was a smooth, organized, and stress less process. Cindy is a friend of my coworker and she highly recommended her for us, so I reached out and the same day of contacting her she had things underway. I received her contact information, she asked for mine, she took interest immediately in what we wanted and where! She was available for us 24/7 text, call or email! Her knowledge of the job helped us tremendously as we are first time buyers. We couldnt be more thankful we contacted her! Whether you are seasoned or new to buying or selling, Cindy is the realtor for you!

My husband and I had very specific requirements for our retirement home, and Cindy took time to figure out what we wanted. She was always mindful of our best options. Her process for alerting us to possible homes online was very effective for us, as we were moving from Houston to Lancaster. When we planned a trip to Lancaster to look at homes, she was always accommodating and helpful. Plus she's just a wonderful person, which was a bonus!
