Very disappointed! I responded to a co-op listed by her/ her team for rental. Multiple emails, multiple texts, no responses to phone calls later, I was able to confirm a time to see it. When I went to see it, she was pleasant, claimed someone else also mentioned having a hard time reaching via text/ calls (never answered phone calls btw). I submitted all the information requested to be considered for the apt. After that, completely ghosted! I texted, emailed, to check on the app and follow up- zero responses. Its fine if I am not selected. However, professional courtesy would be to let someone know, especially after MULTIPLE attempts to contact via emails/ texts. Would never recommend or use for future rentals or purchases.
