ReviewCindy Brenner has the experience to handle new construction, purchases, sales, and research on properties that are non standard. Her negotiation skills are outstanding and have closed deals that required tact and diplomacy. When I was on vacation, or out of cell phone range, I could trust that she would take care of business and prepare the necessary paperwork professionally and educate other agents if necessary about how things could be done on time and save money through her networks of skilled tradesmen and suppliers. She has impressed me with her accurate knowledge of the market and how to move even niche properties in a tough market. I trust her, I admire her, she has earned our continued real estate business.

Review Cindy has been exceptional in her expertise and professionalism. Recently, she has helped us to sell niche properties to a targeted market. She made sure we were the property to see and made sure she kept her pulse on the competition in the market and kept us there. Her team of professional contacts were excellent and at competitive prices. We highly recommend her to our neighbors and friends because she is truly the best.

Review This was our second time working with Cindy. She helped us with our first home purchase in 2020. She was easy to work with in the purchase of our new home in 2026 and we were also able to sell our previous home within 30 days of it being on the market. We love Cindy!

Review Cindy has the highest professional standards and a deep understanding of the art of the deal. She has earned my trust (which not many have) and has shown integrity when it really matters. Hard working, well connected with other professionals who get things done at very reasonable prices. She is my real estate consultant even for transactions out of state. She works with other realtors and keeps me informed of details others miss. I love her commitment to making sure my transactions are on track through proactive management.

Review Cindy has been out realtor now for a little over 7 years. She's very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. We had a lot of other options, several others agents who approached us wanting to help us with our most recent house sale, but Cindy was our obvious first choice.

Review I can't say enough about working with Cindy Brenner. Every step of the way Cindy was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. This was our first home, and Cindy endured our endless questions with patience and humor. Cindy was always ready to meet us to view a listing at a moments notice. We ended up not only with a Real Estate agent, but also a friend.

Review Cindy is the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable in all facets of the industry. She gave us invaluable advice on selling our home and purchasing a new one. She listened carefully to what we needed in a house and weeded out those that didn't fit the bill. She was thorough in the paperwork to protect us, and was present at all meetings with the workmen, mortgage lender, and photographer. She arranged for inspections and kept us updated on the progress. At all times, we were in very capable hands, and on top of everything, she is a truly NICE person with lots of patience in helping us find the right home. She has become our forever friend now, and I recommend her to anyone buying or selling his home.

Review Cindy was a gem of an agent and was always so responsive to all our questions and communicated well with the buyers. She was always on time with all our appointments and she made an extra effort to provide copies of all documents and paperwork. She always keot us informed with respect to the progress of escrow and title company dealings and was very flexible in making addendums to the contract to move the closing date that was most convenient for both parties.

Review Cindy guided us through selling our home and procuring a new one. We truly appreciated her endless patience in showing us many, many homes, and she helped us find a home we will love for a long time. The fact that she sold our home 48 hours after listing confirms that her guidance was accurate and rewarding for us. Her decades of experience in high-end and Lake Tahoe properties were obvious in her dealings with us. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism and patience. Moving forward, Cindy will definitely be our go-to real estate professional. Thank you, Cindy, for all your hard work and patience!

Review Cindy did an outstanding job selling my property! She lined up a handyman to do a partial remodel, to fix whatever was needed to be repaired. She also set up appointments with other companies as needed, including utilities transfers, internet and alarm systems, and all required inspections. The above services would have extremely difficult for me since we live outside of the area. Cindy has helped us sell 4 other properties over the past 4-5 years with the same assistance in preparing the properties to be sold.

Review Cindy was a great help and was very professional throughout the entire experience. She handled everything from beginning to end, and kept me apprised of all the details the whole time. I trusted her negation skills and she got me over asking in only a couple of days. Cindy is very knowledgeable of the market conditions and how to navigate through them, and as a result I had multiple offers in only two days. In addition she was instrumental in getting the house ready for pictures and sale, with providing services outside of her duties. If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond, than I suggest choosing CINDY BRENNER to represent you in your sale or purchase. You will not be disappointed.

Review We worked with Cindy Brenner on the purchase of our first home and again four years later, on the selling of our first home. Words cannot describe how amazing she was during this process. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. Cindy genuinely cares and was always there regardless of the circumstances. Being first time home-sellers, we needed her guidance every step of the way and she did not disappoint with her in-depth knowledge and understanding of the real estate market. She paid close attention to all details and walked us through the entire process. Cindy was also always extremely responsive and available at all hours to answer our questions and looped us in on all situations. Her qualities of honesty, integrity, dedication and transparency are truly unmatched.

Review Cindy is awesome! She paid a lot of attention to what I was looking for and remembered all the little details, that I ever mentioned to her about my dream house. We looked at many, many houses together and whenever I called her to look at a place ,she was available to meet me ,no matter when and what time. Cindy knows Reno, Carson City and Incline Village very well and is a great resource to anyone wanting to buy a house in those places.Cindy was clearly more than just a realtor for me, because she really cared about finding the right house for me. I cannot thank her enough for all the time and effort she spent with me and my family and to answer all my many questions. What I did not realize was the amount of detailed and timely documents I needed to provide after offering on the house, although I was already preapproved. Again Cindy came through with keeping me on track, explaining everything very well and making sure I closed early. I dont think I couldve bought this house without her and I appreciate everything shes done for me!

Review What a great experience it was to work with Cindy. It was very hard for me to sell my home that I had lived in for more than 22 years but she made it easy to get through. I had a mobile home and it was difficult to find contractors to do some projects that needed to be done but she worked her magic and everything was completed. I would definitely work with her again and again and strongly recommend her.

Review Cindy has helped us before in the past to make a sale, and this time she helped us to buy a new home. As always, she didn't fail to impress. She went above and beyond what you'd expect from a typical realtor, fighting tooth and nail with her tough negotiation skills for what we wanted. We would recommend her to any one of our friends or family members looking to buy or sell in the Reno/Sparks area. She's absolutely fantastic!

Review Cindy was recommended to us by a family member who lives in Reno, Nevada.A day after we contacted her by phone she put the sale contract details together and she went to work. It was a smooth sale from there. She got the pictures ready and advertised our condo on MLS. In the short few days on the market she helped showing it to prospective buyers and soon after the condo was sold. Throughout the sale process Cindy was great communicating with us about E -signing documents and constantly updating us about next step. It was no stress, no surprises process. Thanks Cindy, Krystof and Marta

Review This is not our first time working with Cindy. She previously helped us purchase a home, and this time she helped us sell a home. Just like the first time, she was extremely professional and helpful throughout. An expert in her field, Cindy helped us find the best selling price and sold it at that price, explained everything in thorough detail every step of the way, and went above and beyond what most other agents would do in the interest of her client. We certainly look forward to working with her again!

Review We had a wonderful experience buying and building our first home with Cindy! She was knowledgeable, patient, genuinely caring and walked us through every step of the way. She fought for us to get everything that we wanted from the builders and she made everything as easy for us as she possibly could! She recommended good companies to us for home inspections & window coverings and she has connections at RC Willey; they all took great care of us! She makes sure everyone is safe & healthy during these complicated COVID 19 times. We recommend her 100%!
