ZillowVERIFIED I was very fortunate to have learned about Cindy Breckheimer and aEUR~Forever Homes Real Estate. Cindy listed several of my rental properties and had the arduous task of scheduling 'showings' with all the tenants; many of whom are extremely difficult to work with. At first, I had very little faith in ANY Realtor being able to sell these properties. Each of the 2, 3 and 4-family houses were in 'rough' condition and located in 'questionable' neighborhood(s). Cindy not only took on this task but made it look easy. She sold three of my houses within a few months and for nearly the asking price! Cindy made the entire transaction as easy as one can wish for. The stress that comes with selling a house was absent; Cindy absorbed virtually all of it and was calm while doing so. As a landlord who owns several multi-family homes, I have used dozens of Realtors in the past. I am all too familiar with continued disappointment from so many countless Realtors; they are all the same!
