ZillowVERIFIED Cindy helped my husband and I find the perfect home. She was a pleasure to work with. Was willing to look at homes when it was convenient for us. Cindy also has helped my parents sell their house and worked very hard to make it a great experience for everyone involved. If you want a great relator call Cindy you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I could go on for ever about Cindy. She's personable, knowledgeable and really listens to her clients needs and wants. We relocated to the area from several hours away. We gave her a short list of what we were looking for and she found us the home of our dreams within our budget. We will forever be grateful for finding us a house that we never dreamed of being able to own!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Cindy Bramer two years ago because we decided to stop farming after 34 years. We needed a new house and I could only have Cindy because I explained to her exactly what we wanted and the approximate vicinity. She immediately took action and started sending me e-mails. She also made me realize I would surely find the perfect home but would need patience during the "searching process". Well this story had a happy ending because we did find the perfect home and Cindy was with me 100 percent thru the whole process. My daughter will be looking for a house in the spring of 2016 and she will only call Cindy.Thank you Cindy and keep up the outstanding work that you do.

ZillowVERIFIED In business and life we try to surround ourselves with quality people we know we can count on. Cindy Bramer is one of those people who excels at what she does. Since 2008 I have purchased multiple properties through WNY Metro. It is nice to have piece of mind knowing you can be confident they will find you the right property whether it be your home or an ideal location for a growing business. Joel Morrison

ZillowVERIFIED I met with Cindy a few days before it was listed and we discussed the staging and the asking price, both of which were satisfactory to me. At that time the contract was signed and it was placed up for sale. Three days later it was sold for the asking price. Cindy handled everything. I wish all transactions could go this smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED Cindy Bramer was mine and my fiance's real estate agent. We had never went through the home buying process before, so we had little idea of how everything worked, but she was very helpful through every step. From initially selecting homes to look at, to helping us find a bank to work with, to the final bidding and negotiating process. We are very grateful that we had someone on our side to answer all our questions along the way!
