I have been a broker for 30+ years and own the RE/MAX Cornerstone office with my husband Tony and daughter Katy Banks. We service from Chicago out to the suburbs, with agents positioned every 15 miles. Having purchased and sold many properties for my own use as well as 2 commercial properties I'm well aware of the process. Yesterdays process is different than todays. As a young man I thought commission's were high and many deductions were made I didnt understand. After all my income was barely $25,000 annually, nickels were important.
