She was decently responsive and would always answer my questions thoroughly, no matter how minor the question may have been. All realtors should know the law and how the real estate business works, but with Cindy Appleman, you get much more then just an agent. First, she is a Broker and owns her own real estate firm. She is responsible for other agents that work for her business as well as training them to become better agents. Second, she has a superior network of other people that are needed to complete the real estate transaction; such as Settlement companies, Banks, Home Inspectors, Lawyers, ect... This is extremely important in receiving the best service possible. Lastly, she has been in the local real estate business for a long time and has a great working relationship with other realtors. This made my transaction a smooth and easy one. At all times I felt that Cindy had my best interest in mind and it showed in the great property I purchased for a very good price.
