She did a thorough market assessment on our home before we listed and provided "comparable properties" to help establish price. Soon after we signed the listing she and her husband spent several hours at our house creating a "virtual on-line tour". He is not only a professional photographer but also a contractor and as a team they provided many suggestions for staging our house and affordable improvements to help with the sale.Cindy held several open houses and personally assisted in the closing process, allowing us to close from Arizona. ZillowVERIFIED We found Cindy to be very knowledgeable in selling our home and it sold right away, but what she did lack in was communication with us. We email her with questions and they often never were answered. We moved out of state and we were not at closing so knowing what time closing was and how we would be paid was not communicated by Cindy or her team. She was on vacation which we all take but she did not have anyone from her office keep us informed, Cindy did do her job, she sold our home and I guess that is the bottom line, and we gave her 4 stars except on responsiveness which I felt was lack of communication.

After three and a half years of dealing with B of A, I finally decided it was time to make the place go away. Cindy had it under contract within 3 days...but then the fun started as B of A approved the sale then sold their interest to Green Tree Financial. That little change took 3 more months, the original deal then fell thru at closing, then we put it back on the market and got multiple offers within a week and finally closed just before Christmas.If you are looking for a Realtor who is tough as nails and will absolutely go to the mat for you no matter how difficult the deal is then give Cindy a call.
