She brought in a stager to sell our house and made sure everything was perfect for the sale of our house. She was always reachable by phone if we had any questions, and we had a lot of questions and was able to answer them in a timely manner. ZillowVERIFIED We choose Cindi as our realtor mainly because of her knowledge of the market. We were selling a house in Elko and buying a house in Lakeville......5 years prior, Cindi and her family had made the same move. So we felt very confident that she totally understood the market in Elko as well as Lakeville. We thought it would take a long time to sell our house in Elko, but it did not. Cindi had an offer on our house 4 days after it was listed. We then began the process of trying to find a house in Lakeville....which proved to be harder than we thought because we had very specific school district requirements and things we wanted our new house to have. She guided us through the search process and then the beginning stages of building new and then at the very last moment found us an existing house that met ALL our needs. It was in the correct school district and neighborhood and had ALL the things we wanted in our new house. She found us our new house before it hit the market....so we were able to get a pre-showing and put an offer in before it even went live. She responded to our many questions and concerns and went above and beyond advising us and hunting for the perfect house for us. Buying and selling is stressful, but working with Cindi really helped. She helped ease the stress. She is very honest and straightforward, which we really really appreciated. At the end of the process....my husband and I both felt like she worked really hard for us.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband I were throwing around the idea of selling our house but didn't really think that it would happen as quickly as it did. Cindi asked if we would be interested in showing our place before it went on the market so we did and received an offer that week to the first couple that walked through our house for asking price. Cindi pretty muched held my hand through the process, she returned all of my calls, text or emails within minutes even if she was busy with her family. Cindi would calm us down when we would get stressed out or if I was nervous that we would not find our dream house since we only really had about 45 days to find a house and close during this hot house market. Cindi took the time to learn what was important to me when looking at buying a house and what was important to my husband so she didn't waste our time looking at houses that would'nt fit our need or desire. We have a 3 1/2 and 5 year old that had to come with us looking at houses which can be a real challenge and frustrating however Cindi would take the kids while we looked around and took our time. Cindi also promised the kids if they were good that she would bring gum the next time that we met and she even made a special trip to our house to bring Cayden and Claire gum!!! Whenever Clarie sees Cindi, she gives Cindi a big hug. Cindi is a wonderful realtor that knows the market well, will be totally honest with her clients if she can make something happen or not. We put all of our faith and trust in her to make the sale happen of our house and the sale of the new house happen all the same day and she DID!! I would recommend Cindi Segna to anyone in the market looking for an AMAZING realtor and someone that will get the job done. We have also made a new friend out of our experience.
