Everyone's time is precious and the fact that you're taking the time to read my page is awesome - Thank You! Allow me to introduce myself - my name is Ciji VanDyke. It's pronounced like the two letters "CG". And yes, that is my God given name, but that's a story for another day - remember time is precious and that story could take a while! I am one-half of the Dynamic Duo known as the VanDyke Agency LLC! Yep, we're a husband and wife team who co-own the business, service buyers and sellers, and manage vacation and long-term rentals together......and we're super competitive with one another! I've worked in the real estate industry for over ten years, and can honestly say it's one of those industries that is constantly changing. As an agent you need to be prepared to adapt to those changes to provide your clients and customers the very best! I work with a variety of clients, but my specialty is assisting first time homebuyers and sellers who are either looking to upgrade to something bigger, downsize, or relocate. During an interview, I was asked what my clients would say about me. The first words that came to mind were dedicated and honest. I sincerely love what I do for a living and am dedicating to exceeding your expectations. The home buying and selling process is just that - a process! Not every buyer finds the home of their dreams within the first couple of showings, and not every house sells in the first month it's on the active market. It's my job to help create a strategic game plan that gets you to where you want to be! I'm with you from the start to the ........, well, there is no end because even after closing we still keep in touch!
