ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Ciarra for purchasing and selling homes and she is always extremely professional and communicative. She knows how to find exactly what you're looking for and knows the area well. Questions are answered with detail and I have always felt like I matter instead of just being a number. Ciarra is the absolute best!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor who will answer you endless questions, drive around town to find you the best house, call you on your time (even if your are overseas), and be honest about the quality of the homes and area. Then Ciarra is my recommendation. It was amazing working with her. She helped us find the home that fit our family best, for the best price, and at the right time. We would recommend her to anyone (especially military with their special requirements).

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra was the best realtor we have ever had. Weve been all across the country in the military and the accommodation she provided while we were elsewhere/PCSing was second to none. From taking videos of homes, doing multiple showings (I think 4x) of the same house to different family members of ours, and making sure the closing process was completed smoothly, Ciarra was working her tail off every step of the way. My wife and I consistently spoke about how competent and nice she was. She truly puts other realtors to shame!

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra was, without a doubt, a breath of fresh air when it comes to Real Estate Agents. She was knowledgeable about the area, patient, open to feedback, and willing to look at every listing we threw her way. We flew into the Cheyenne area for a week to look at all interesting listings, and Ciarra made herself totally available to us the entire week. It was her friendly and totally personal style that made us feel comfortable with her. We looked at many many listing all over the city, and ironically ended up buying just a few minutes from where we initially met her for coffee and introductions on our very first day! I would never consider using another agent if I was to sell or buy again in Cheyenne. Ciarra made the process effortless for sure. She was even willing to go by my new home and check on contractor work that was being performed while I was out of state setting up my move to the area. If you want a personable, kind, non-pushy and patient agent who will make you feel as though you are the most important client she has, then you have to call Ciarra. You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra was an amazing realtor for us buying our first home. Buying out of state, she fought hard for us when it came to closing costs and when our mortgage team was behaving less than ideally. Also, she is continuing to help us out by being present at the residence for utility setup.

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra is amazing. Shes anyone knowledgeable and thinks of things that not all realtors do. She truly stands up to bat for her clients and will go above and beyond to make it a smooth and pleasant experience, regardless of who is on the other side of the transaction/contract. I would choose Ciarra 100x over to represent me and my family as a buyer or seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ciarra to sell our home was an easy, and great decision. She is very knowledgeable on what needs to be done in order to sell a home, we had our house on the market for 4 days and were under contract. The process at closing went seamlessly and she worked closely with the buyers agent to get everything that needed to be done completed on time for closing. I would recommend using Ciarra if youre looking to buy or sell your next home in Cheyenne, WY.

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra was awesome! Very flexible to your schedule, responds almost immediately with any questions you have. She makes sure you are getting the exact type of house you are asking for while keeping your financial interests in mind. I was not even here in Cheyenne yet and she was going to all the houses I wanted to see and did a narrated video walk-through. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra was amazing!! Not only did she find the best fit for our family, but she did all of this while we were living in a different state! We are a military family and moving is one of the most stressful things outside of your spouse being deployed. This move was one of the LEAST stressful moves we have ever encountered and we have to give thanks to Ciarra for it! When she says she provides a No Stress PCS she isnt lying!! Thank you so much for providing such amazing services and loving what you do because that makes a world of difference! If youre on the fence about choosing Ciarra as your agent, look no further...you wont regret it!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra knows her stuff. Currently based in Cheyenne WY. She helped us find the perfect house in the new Sweetgrass subdivision. We got one of the first houses built and when we closed a couple months later we had already built equity. This new development just south of LCCC is wonderful. Ciarra did the research and informed us this area would have a retail area with baseball fields and walking paths. She know the Cheyenne area and history very well. She even knows a lot about houses and how they are constructed. She has a excellent eye for finding issues on the older homes. She helped us negotiate Air Conditioning at an excellent price. If youre serious about shes the agent you want on your side. We had a successful and smooth transaction. Thank you Ciarra for the excellent work you did for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Ciarra was the first one to respond when me and husband were looking for a Realtor in Cheyenne. She also knows a really good referral as she referred us to a lender and got approved with the loan without the hassle. Cheyenne?s housing market is very dynamic, same with Ciarra. She is easy to work with, patient and would promptly answer queries. She was more available to provide services than the availability of the house that we want in Cheyenne. Ciarra, I would say, is an expert on her field. She maintains professionalism and at the same time friendliness to her clients. She found the house that we really like, represented and helped us in the process of buying satisfactorily. Ciarra is a top-notch Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Great agent! Loved the communication skills. Was available when we needed and if she had a scheduling conflict then she always let us know the soonest she was available. Most times any questions we had of her, property related (like wells and trash in the county) or paperwork issues were answered before we were in bed that night. Highly recommend!
