If you are looking for a realtor who will answer you endless questions, drive around town to find you the best house, call you on your time (even if your are overseas), and be honest about the quality of the homes and area. Then Ciarra is my recommendation. It was amazing working with her. She helped us find the home that fit our family best, for the best price, and at the right time. Ciarra was the best realtor we have ever had. Weve been all across the country in the military and the accommodation she provided while we were elsewhere/PCSing was second to none. From taking videos of homes, doing multiple showings (I think 4x) of the same house to different family members of ours, and making sure the closing process was completed smoothly, Ciarra was working her tail off every step of the way. My wife and I consistently spoke about how competent and nice she was. She truly puts other realtors to shame!

Ciarra was, without a doubt, a breath of fresh air when it comes to Real Estate Agents. She was knowledgeable about the area, patient, open to feedback, and willing to look at every listing we threw her way. We flew into the Cheyenne area for a week to look at all interesting listings, and Ciarra made herself totally available to us the entire week. It was her friendly and totally personal style that made us feel comfortable with her. We looked at many many listing all over the city, and ironically ended up buying just a few minutes from where we initially met her for coffee and introductions on our very first day! I would never consider using another agent if I was to sell or buy again in Cheyenne. Ciarra made the process effortless for sure. She was even willing to go by my new home and check on contractor work that was being performed while I was out of state setting up my move to the area. If you want a personable, kind, non-pushy and patient agent who will make you feel as though you are the most important client she has, then you have to call Ciarra. You will not be disappointed!
