In a difficult market where any new listing looked appealing, she kept me on track by asking the tough questions to ensure that I would end up in a home I was happy in, not just a home that was available.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I happened to luck into finding Ciara, and it was the best experience of the whole process. We moved into CNY from Virginia, completing the entire purchase up to the closing signatures virtually. Ciara was 100% our eyes and ears through the whole purchase. While hunting, she drove all over the county facetiming us in I can't even remember how many homes. Pointed out funky smells, odd layouts, bad venting on fireplaces, everything. She was able to capture exactly what we were looking for, and honestly made us feel like we were walking through the homes ourselves. From there, she scheduled all the inspections, communications with the lenders, coordination with the lawyer, everything. Picked up every phone call, answered every question, and hunted down every little odd and end. Example: the home we purchased had a finicky gas fireplace we just couldn't figure out who to work. The next morning, Ciara was the one who called around to different repair shops to get an estimated range for a fix, then she coordinated with the lawyer to get it reflected in a closing credit. This was NOT an easy process. It was the pure definition of Murphy's Law from every angle. But Ciara walked us through every step of the process, never freaked out, and got us my wife's dream home at LESS THAN LISTING (find someone else who can do that in this market, I dare you). There's not enough room in this body to list everything she accomplished for us. Bottom line, we felt like she was a member of our family doing everything she could just for us, at all hours of the day and weekend. I know she had other clients running at the same time, but we felt like she was on our case 100% of her time. She's also just a pretty awesome person to boot. Couldn't recommend any higher; we could not have done this without her, and having multiple experiences both buying and selling, we have never had better representation. Thank you Ciara!!!
