ZillowVERIFIED I'm writing this review from two different angles. A while back, I was a licensed realtor for 5 years. During that time I was able to work with Chuck on a couple occasions. He was a favorite of mine to talk with as he was always honest and matter of fact. When we were ready to list our home and I no longer had my license, Chuck was my first choice. Our house wasn't the easiest sale, but he worked with us in finding renters when the market was against us. When the market came back, he helped us price our house competitively, and handled everything up through closing. When you work with Chuck, you have a friend that is in your corner. He's the right one to choose. He's the right one to trust.

He listened to what we wanted, stuck to our budget, and gave us great direction. Chuck was able to work with our famliy friend who financed our home, even though he is from out of state. The two worked together seamlessly to close on our home in less then 30 days. Chuck was very responsive, respectful, and understanding through our process of getting our home. During walk throughs of other homes, he pointed out concerns and issues. He did not pressure us at all, and really wanted us to find the place meant to be our home. He even helped us to decide to walk away from a property because of some very significant undisclosed issues. I've had 3 past real estate agents, and he was by far the most professional.
